Yiau Hwei Chan is in a Presales role at Koerber Supply Chain Software. Yiau Hwei has been in the industry for over 20 years and is passionate about helping customers get the best out of their manual operations. He is a thought leader and expert in Supply Chain technology, specialising in Voice-directed Workflows and has been part of the team to introduce the technology into Australia over two decades ago. Yiau Hwei has since helped many companies including household Retail and Food & Beverage brands deploy supply chain technology, which have helped these companies improve manual picking efficiencies by more than 20%. Yiau Hwei role at Koerber is to understand customers’ challenges and help optimise with process and technology. In his spare time, Yiau Hwei likes to solve puzzles, embarrass his children with dad jokes and getting beaten by them at Mario Kart.
