Its Jess’ combination of her business acumen, her ability to engage and attract others, and her passion for delivering strong outcomes that truly gives Jess a strong foundation as an up and comer within the industry. Jess’ impact has clearly been identified within DHL in the past 12 months, playing an integral role in improving operational outcomes, building, and growing teams and leveraging automation. Recognising the importance of technology and personal leadership growth, Jess has counted herself into every opportunity in the past year. She has been an active member of industry events promoting collaboration and self-development. Jess has also recently completed her Master of Supply Chain and Logistics Management, achieving the level of Distinction.

Jess is passionate about delivering outcomes and building strong leadership teams around her. Jess provides the ability to challenge the status quo, while constantly striving to grow and drive positive change for herself and others.

Jess joined DHL Supply Chain Australia as a graduate in 2022. Since then, Jess was promoted to Operations Manager looking after a large retail customer and more recently was promoted to Site Operations Manager.

Jess has a clear and inspiring vision for the future of our industry - one that encompasses innovation, sustainability, and efficiency. She is also passionate in bringing along the next generation into the industry and supporting their growth – having been actively involved in both DHL and broader industry initiatives.
