Grab a sheet of paper and head to wave.video/calendar - this is a place where you can get social media ideas. You will find generic ideas and national days that you can jot down and get pictures of ahead of time. For Example - I LOVE coffee & coffee shops. If I knew a few months in advance when National Coffee Day is, I can get a picture when it is convenient at my favorite shop. It is much easier than having to go out of my way last minute!
