Physical Education
Presentation High School believes in educating the whole person, which includes a physical education program that encourages healthy habits and body positivity through mental and emotional fitness. Whether you’re new to fitness, or if you already enjoy being in the gym, weight room, pool or classroom, the Physical Education Department offers something for everyone! Courses range from yoga to weight training to nutrition and wellness. Along the way, our PE courses help students build self-esteem, develop teamwork and sportsmanship skills, and prioritize their health. 26
