he vision 2023 of Nepal Scouts states, “Nepal Scouts, by 2023, with 3,15,000 members is a self-reliant, well managed, premier youth movement, with positive image nationally and internationally, contributing to the society through the development of young people supported by competent leaders.’ Unit Leaders fundamental training courses are one of the key programmes and areas of action to achieve the vision 2023 and mission of Nepal Scouts. In order to achieve the vision 2023 of Nepal Scouts, Nepal Scouts organized Rover and Ranger Leader Trainings in two phases at Kakani International Scout Center, Kakani, Nuwakot.
