Anyone interested in booking a Saturday event more than 3 months in advance using any combination of available rooms must meet certain minimum spending requirements. Minimum spending requirements may also be enforced for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday bookings or other irregular service periods. A current schedule of fees as well as current menus is available from the Club’s Catering office. All pricing and fees are subject to change at any time and menu items are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that their guests conform to the Club’s Dress Code and conduct policies. Members or guests not properly attired may be refused entry to the Club without refund of applicable charges. Guests may also be expelled from the Club without notice for inappropriate behavior.

4. Special events, functions and tournaments may be scheduled from time to time at the discretion of the Club. 5. The pool area can be reserved for private events during the off-season by contacting the appropriate Club personnel. Opening fees, lifeguard fees, service and other appropriate fees and charges apply as determined by Management from time to time. All food and beverages for pool events must be catered by the Club except as specifically permitted and approved by the Club. The Club may designate periods for special events per calendar year with adequate notification of members.

Resignation of Membership 1. As provided in the Membership Plan, the Rules and Regulations and the Membership agreement, a member may resign membership in the Club by delivering written notice of resignation to the Club’s office. 30 days begins at the start of the next billing period. Dues is not prorated. Facility use and charging privileges continue and dues will continue to be assessed until the effective date of resignation. 2. Any member within the Golfing Class shall be required to give thirty (30) days written notice prior to the expiration of the Golfing Membership Year as defined and in accordance of the Membership Plan. Exceptions to said policy could be granted by Management for serious, verifiable medical reasons, relocation of primary residency of more than 100 miles from the club and other extenuating circumstances. 3. Notwithstanding any resignation, the member and his or her spouse shall remain liable for any amounts unpaid on the member’s club account.
