Hours of Play
The hours of play and pro shop hours shall be posted in the pro shop. The golf course superintendent will determine when the golf course is fit for play.
Golf Starting Times
1. Starting times are available from 7:30 am April- September and 8 a.m. October-
March. The staff shall assign the starting time depending on availability. All play must start from No. 1 (one) tee unless permission is granted from the Pro
Shop.
2. Starting times may be made in person, through the website’s online tee time system, McConnell Golf App, or by phone.
3. Individual and group tee times can be reserved seven (7) days in advance either in person, the website’s online tee time system or by phone. Tee times for
McConnell Golf members can be arranged seven (7) days in advance for weekday tee times and the proceeding Wednesday for weekend tee times after 12:00pm and must be arranged through the home club’s professional staff. Members from other McConnell Golf properties can’t call other clubs directly to arrange tee times.
4. A member may make two tee times per day. Any member looking to secure more than two tee times needs approval from the professional staff.
5. The Club reserves the right to accept or reject groups as well as has the authority to revoke a group’s privileges should the group fail to fill its tee times and/or fail to give adequate notice that the tee time will go unused by the group.
6. Players who fail to cancel their starting time 24-hours prior to their scheduled starting time may be charged a fee for the unused rounds as determined by the
Club from time to time.
7. Members should notify the pro shop of any cancellation as soon as possible.
8. All members within the Golfing Class and certain members within the Special
Class, whether affiliated with a “recognized group” or not, will have equal access to weekday and weekend tee times through the aforementioned procedures.
9. The Club may designate times when the member and spouse may play golf with guests and/or children and may designate times when the primary golfer may play only with other members and spouses. Children who are immediate family members will have the same golf privileges as the member and spouse during all times except primary playing times.
