FITNESS

Summer’s Here And So Are the Benefits of Massage

As the days grow longer and life picks up speed, it’s easy for our bodies to feel the effects whether from gardening, hiking, travel, or simply keeping up with the season’s energy. A good massage can work wonders this time of year, helping tired muscles recover, easing tension, and improving circulation to keep you feeling balanced and refreshed. It’s also a soothing way to help the body cool down and reset after time spent in the sun or heat.

Summer is full of fun and activity but it can also feel overwhelming If your sleep is off, stress is creeping in, or you're just craving a moment of quiet, massage is a beautiful way to re-center

Our therapist Summer will be out of the office through mid-July, and I’ll be picking up some of her Mondays and Fridays in the meantime. I always love seeing familiar faces on the table and am here to help you stay grounded, relaxed, and feeling your best all season long. Let’s make space for ease and restoration your body and mind will thank you.

Warmly

Join us for Yoga every Tuesday and Thursday! Paula’s classes are a grounding and uplifting part of my week, where I feel connected to both my body and a supportive community There’s something powerful about being guided through movement and breath by a teacher who brings presence, insight, and just the right music. Practicing with Paula reminds me that yoga is so much more than poses it’s a shared experience that nourishes mind, body, and spirit - Ron Dalessandro
