Locker Room Facilities
21. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
22. The pool management staff has the authority to expel from the pool areas anyone who does not follow the pool Rules and Regulations or whose conduct is otherwise unbecoming of a member.
23. The pool may be closed with or without notice for inclement weather, pool maintenance, conditions deemed to be unsafe or unsanitary or any other reason at the sole discretion of the Pool Manager. If the pool closes for inclement weather, all persons are to clear the pool and uncovered deck areas immediately.
24. Other rules and regulations regarding use and behavior may be posted at the
Club.
25. All birthday parties and other private events must be pre-approved and arranged with the appropriate Club personnel.
26. Admission to persons having an infectious disease or suffering from a cough, cold or cold sores, or wearing bandages, may be refused by appropriate Club or pool management personnel.
27. Persons who leave the pool area for over 30 minutes must relinquish lounges and chairs by removing all towels and personal belongings. Saving chairs for persons absent from the pool area is not allowed.
Locker RoomFacility
1. Children under the age of sixteen (16) are not permitted in the locker room facilities.
2. Lockers are available togolfmembers on a,as available, andyearly basis fora onetime set up fee of $10. Monthly locker rental fees are posted.
3. Consumption of food and beverages in the locker room is restricted to designated areas.
4. For fire safety reasons, all clothing and personal articles must be stored in a locker and not under the benches
5. We recommend you not bring valuables into the locker room. Each person entering the locker room assumes liability for the loss of any items stored in a locker.
