Guest Privileges

Guest Privileges

Guest privileges may be extended under the rules established by the Club from time to time. Although it is the intention of the Club to accommodate guests without inconvenience to the members, the Club reserves the right to limit the number of guests that are invited or are sponsored by a member on any given day. The Club shall establish from time to time the rate of the daily guest fees, charges and the Rules and Regulations for use of the Club Facilities by guests. Guest privileges may be denied, withdrawn, or revoked at any time for reasons considered sufficient by the Club, in its sole and absolute discretion. The Club reserves the right to limit the availability of golf starting times for guests or may restrict or reject access for guests in general and/or guest-members with or without notice or reasons at any time.

1. All guests must always be accompanied by the sponsoring member while using the Club Facility. (See also Corporate Sponsored Guests under paragraph 11 of this article)

2. A sponsoring member may bring up to seven guests at one time, except on weekends and holidays, provided advanced reservations are made through the pro shop. Any exceptions to this rule must be approved by the Director of

Golf.

3. A sponsoring member is responsible for notifying their guests of dress code policies and regulations governing proper care of the golf course. Changing shoes or attire in the parking lot is prohibited.

4. A individual using the Club Golf Facility as a guest must be registered by the sponsoring member with the Club. The Club reserves the right to require identification by each guest. Guests will be charged guest fees for use of the Club

Facilities as determined from time to time by the Club.

5. Guests will be entitled to use the Club Facilities only in accordance with the privileges of the membership of the sponsoring member upon payment of the daily fees charged to the member’s account.

6. The Club has limited the number of rounds a guest may use the golf facility during each membership year as defined in the Membership Plan to no more than six (6) times. Said rule does not apply to immediate family members, defined as brother, sister, parent, and children, living more than 100 miles from the Club. Member/Guest tournaments do not count towards the total six visits per membership year.

7. The sponsoring member may place guest charges on their member account or have their guest pay by credit card in the pro shop. The sponsoring member is also responsible for the conduct of a guest while at the Club. If the manner, deportment, or appearance of any guest is deemed to be unsatisfactory, the sponsoring member shall, at the request of the Club, ask such guest to leave the premises of the Club.
