A boros portfólióban nyolc ital található, melyek között van rozé, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay és Pinot Noir is. Annak ellenére, hogy Gordon Ramsay kifejezetten szereti az életben a méregdrága dolgokat – elég a hétszáz dolláros (kb. 215 ezer forintos) hamburgerére gondolnunk –, a borok valójában nem képviselnek rossz ár-érték arányt. A legdrágább palack sem kerül hatvan dollárnál (kb. 18 ezer forint) többe, a legtöbb ára pedig húsz és harmincöt dollár között mozog. A pincészet vezetője, Chris Millier egy interjújában szürreálisnak nevezte azt, hogy szerény kis pincészetük olyan hírességgel dolgozzon együtt, mint a sztárszakács, ugyanakkor hatalmas lehetőségnek is tartják arra, hogy boraikat minél többekkel megismertethessék. The result is guaranteed to be brilliant, as it was born from a collaboration with Chris Miller, Seabold Cellars winemaker in Monterey, California. The wine portfolio offers eight beverages, including rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Even though Gordon Ramsay is particularly fond of expensive things in life - think of his seven hundred dollars hamburger - these wines are actually not a bad value for money. Even the most expensive bottle does not cost more than sixty dollars, and most of its prices range from twenty to thirty-five dollars. In an interview, winery manager Chris Millier called it surreal for their humble winery to work with a celebrity star chef, but they see it as a huge opportunity to introduce their wines to a wider audience. The wines are now available for purchase at GordonRamsay.wine and at the chef’s American restaurants.
