The Howe Bulldogs had a rough Tuesday at Whitewright as five errors led to seven unearned runs and a 10-3 loss.

In the field event, Masters qualified for area by finishing second in the triple jump (34'-1") and Ally Harvey will advance in high jump with her leap of 5'-0". The Bulldogs area qualifiers are Cade Courtney who ran a 11.67 in the 100 m dash as well as Hunter Cheatham who placed third in the 400 m with a time of 53.59. Chase Clayton qualified in the 110 m hurdles by finishing third (16.29). In the field events, Ty Harvey qualified for area with his fourth place finish with the leap of 6'-1". Zimry Weatherspoon finished second in the pole vault with a jump of 12'-0".
