A picture sign was recently placed on the wall at the building located at 101 E. Haning. The photo is of Steve Simmons and was taken last fall after a Howe Bulldog win. Michelle Carney took the photo and it was edited by the Howe Enterprise. The hometown news also paid for the sign as a way to promote community pride. More signs such as these will be placed as time goes on and funds are available.
The City of Howe cleaned the creek by Hash Field to preserve erosion issues caused by flooding.
