Lana Rideout recognized for contributions to library

Kevin Wilson Mrs. Rideout has been a member of the Library Board and the Friends of the Library Group since the library was formed 35 years ago. She assisted with numerous fundraising activities in the beginning, including wresting events, bicycle rallies, bake sales, and a concert by Louise Mandrell. Lana has served as president and secretary in both library groups. "Our library has been very fortunate to have Lana and her husband Dale's support throughout the years." said Librarian Becky Hogenson. "It takes a great deal of dedication and caring to give so much of your time to a cause. Lana has definitely given her love and caring to our community's library. We thank her for being a wonderful example of volunteerism."
