Thermostat Cylinder Head Water Jacket Cylinder Block Water Jacket Radiator Cooling Fan Water Pump
The cooling system consists of a radiator (4), a centrifugal water pump (6), a cooling fan (5) and a thermostat (1). The water is cooled as it flows through the radiator core, and the cooling air through the radiator core by cooling fan. The water pump receives water from the radiator or from the cylinder head and force it into the cylinder block. The thermostat opens or closes according to the water temperature. When the water temperature is high, the thermostat opens to allow the water to flow from the cylinder head to the radiator.
