9Malfunctions

9.1Error code retrieval for engine

If an error detected on the engine has been indicated by one of the warning lamps (1) or (2), a code to which a defined error is assigned can be displayed using the retrieval switch for error / malfunction retrieval (3).

The flash code is issued by the second warning lamp. If an error is displayed in warning lamp (1), it is issued by warning lamp (2) and vice versa.

Output of numerical code

Example:

Flash sequence: 3-pause-5-pause-2.

Error code: 352

The code is issued again if the output switch continues to be held in the top position.

If the switch for error retrieval returns to its 0 position, the warning light which indicated the error lights up again. This continues until the corresponding error or malfunction has been rectified.

If several errors occur at the same time, the various flash codes are displayed next to one another by pressing the output switch.

Inform the after-sales service for your cold planer of the error numbers displayed. They will discuss with you what course of action to take.

9.2Error code query to travel drive computer

If an error occurs, a corresponding flash code is issued by LED (1). These flash codes follow the sequence of the error messages described in the following table. If a lamp remains lit for 2 seconds, this indicates the presence of an active error. If one remains lit for 0.5 seconds, the associated error is not active. Between these individual flashing error codes, the LED (1) goes out for 1 second. The starting point for a complete error sequence is indicated by a pause lasting 0.5 seconds.
