Raise the hood fully, using the handle.

WARNING: Before undertaking any travel, make sure the hood is properly locked.
To close the hood, press the unlocking device and tilt the hood downward. IMPORTANT: Never close the hood without unlocking the gas strut, as this may cause damage.

WARNING: Always put the hood stay in place when the hood is open.

NOTE: To lock the hood, use the starter key switch.
To keep the hood in the open position, pull the stay out of its clip and place it in the hole provided for that purpose. When closing it, put the stay back in its clip.
