Gopio Triolet North Mauritius Celebrates Navratri/Durga Pooja And Vijaya Dashami

he GOPIO TRIOLET NORTH MAURITIUS, in collaboration with the Nav Yuvak Mandali and the Poornawaad Parivar Mauritius, celebrated the Durga Pooja from 15th to 24th October 2023 at the Ram Prakash Mandir, Triolet. Among the many Indian festivals, they were celebrated in Mauritius, such as Holi, Diwali, Maha Shivarari, Thaipoosum Cavadee, Ganesh Chaturthi, Ugadi, and Durga Pooja, also celebrated with much enthusiasm by the Hindu Community twice a year. for nine days consecutively. The program consisted of Kirtan Bhajan daily, prayers, worship of nine little girls in the form of Mother Durga, distribution of gifts, and dinner as Mahaprasad. Eminent Distinguished Guests and Speakers also highlighted the program on various topics related to Values, Education, the Form of Goddess Durga Maa with lessons to learn and the Concept of God in Hindu Tradition.
