Receive Global Naari Samman Award 2023


Awardees from Kenya, Oman, UK, South Africa and Mauritius
Global Naari Samman Award 2023, in business, leadership and social service, was held in Mauritius on Saturday, 18th November 2023, at Jin Fei Auditorium Mauritius, where two extraordinary and robust ladies of the GOPIO Triolet North were awarded, among others, from international countries like sultanate of Oman, Kenya, India, United Kingdom and others. The Women Entrepreneurs International Chambers of India (WEICI India) and the MSF Mauritius organised the award ceremony.
Firstly, Mrs Kritilata Ram, the life member, international coordinator for francophone regions, GOPIO International and the president of GOPIO triolet north, Mauritius, was offered the award for "leadership: humanitarian ambassador award" and given due recognition for her continuous contribution to the society in various fields such as public officer, senior advisor in social matters, education ...training officer, governor of the university of technology of Mauritius, mentoring women in business through the Cherie Blair foundation, social worker for the upliftment of poverty,
The opening of a school for quality education to the vulnerable and children with disabilities, promoting gender equality and women's empowerment, fight for equality and discrimination against women, protection against violence, and rights relating to child marriage. She is fully engaged in championing sustainability at the grassroots level as the goodwill ambassador of Let's Do It Mauritius and ANPRAS. She is also the international coordinator for francophone regions and a life member of GOPIO International. She has been a speaker at various national and international conventions and conferences on many themes related to India and its diaspora across the globe.
Secondly, Mrs Goatee Ramyead has been offered a social service and woman volunteer award in Mauritius. Mrs. Ramyead is the secretary of Gopio Triolet North and has been doing social work for the last twenty years. She has been working for children with disabilities as the president of the ssr disability Services Centre, founded in the north of Mauritius. She has contributed enormously to the upliftment of women and children.

Mrs ram said, "We are grateful to Dr Mamta Singh of Weici India and Dr Kalyanee Juggoo of the MSF Mauritius for giving this opportunity to wonderful women to recognise their true potential, recognise the extra hidden talents and motivating them to continue to shine in life".
