Temperature Controlled Bath – USER MANUAL
Check list on Start Up
Wear PPE, including safety glass and gloves when topping up the bath fluid and coolant
Step 1
Check BATH SET POINT – temperature is set to required setpoint

Toggle OFF the chiller to speed up the bath warm up
(Optional)

Toggle ON the chiller when the bath temperature is close to the required set-point
(Optional)

Once the required bath temperature is reached, check the bath liquid level. If necessary top up with liquid.

Coolant level – unscrew the cap and top up with coolant (liquid level should be just below the threaded part on the neck of the reservoir)

The bath becomes STABLE (S) when it reaches the required temperature
7
Heating % is between 10 to 20% when the bath is stable

If more heat input is required refer to the section on regulating the Cooling power
