Check list on Start Up

Wear PPE, including safety glass and gloves when topping up the bath fluid and coolant

Step Check 1 BATH SET POINT – temperature is set to required setpoint

2 Toggle OFF the chiller to speed up the bath warm up

3 Toggle ON the chiller when the bath temperature is close to the required set-point

4 Once the required bath temperature is reached, check the bath liquid level. If necessary top up with liquid.

5 Coolant level – unscrew the cap and top up with coolant (liquid level should be just below the threaded part on the neck of the reservoir)

6 The bath becomes STABLE (S) when it reaches the required temperature

7 Heating % is between 10 to 20% when the bath is stable

8 If more heat input is required refer to the section on regulating the Cooling power Yes/No (tick)
