Water * For use with manual viscometers only. Do not use with automated viscometer systems. The quality of water depends upon local conditions. Only filtered water shall be used with the EVSTCB bath. The following types of water should not be used: •
Hard water – due to the high concentration of lime this will lead to the calcification in the bath

Ferrous water – can cause corrosion
•
Distilled or deionized water – special properties may cause corrosion in the bath
