This project is located in the heartland of Eastern New Town, Shunde City, which stands side by side with the Pearl River New Town. In the north, the project enjoys a charming view. In the southeast stands an artificial river course, allowing the demonstration zone to maximize its riverside scenes. In the south, the well-developed land is surrounded by intoxicating scenery. Facing a river in the north, the block is approximately 1km away from Shunde Plus, with a landscape corridor featuring Guipan Lake’s first-rate riverside views.
Throughout the world’s history of human residences, scholars have reached a consensus on living by lakes. Developer Team: The winding streams flow along the river banks, Landscape Center - Zhang Ji, Zou Min, Lv Zhaowei, carrying forward Ming-style Lingnan features.
