In the north, the project enjoys a charming view. In the southeast stands an artificial river course, allowing the demonstration zone to maximize its riverside scenes. In the south, the well-developed land is surrounded by intoxicating scenery. Facing a river in the north, the block is approximately 1km away from Shunde Plus, with a landscape corridor featuring Guipan Lake’s first-rate riverside views.
Throughout the world’s history of human residences, scholars have reached a consensus on living by lakes. The winding streams flow along the river banks, carrying forward Ming-style Lingnan features. By reviving the mansion and neighborhood layout, the project has a modern outlook, preserves traditions, and takes the art as its soul. Living in such a dreamland, you can find connections with your heart and stand aloof from worldly affairs.

In terms of external design, the square in the campus opens to the city, promoting the integration between them; while in terms of internal design, the form of combining “gallery, courtyard, lane and platform” in Chinese traditional architecture is adopted for creating a borderless space integrating architecture, landscape and interior as a whole. Through making full use of space, a multi-dimensional space for learning, living and interaction is hence created.
