INTERVIEW WITH THE PRESIDENT

A Focused Vision for the Future: HOA

President Shares

Optimism for 2025

The year 2024 tested the resilience and unity of the Board of Directors and the broader community, but as the calendar turns, there’s a renewed sense of hope and momentum. Sam, the President of the HOA Board of Directors, reflects on the challenges overcome and shares an optimistic outlook for 2025, emphasizing the theme of ‘community” and “focus on priorities” as the guiding principles for the year ahead.

From Challenges to Synergy

“We are poised as a strong community and organization heading into 2025.” Sam says. “I am truly grateful for the collective efforts and contributions of the Board, Committees, Clubs, Staff, volunteers and the community in leveraging this synergy to achieve results this year. The Board, Committees, and volunteers successfully navigated through significant hurdles.”

“Despite these challenges, the Board has remained resilient,” Sam states. “What truly matters- achieving consensus despite differences and setting aside self-interests for the common good.” This unified approach and transparency has enabled the Board to make difficult decisions, address pressing issues, and positioned the Association to thrive in a very challenging year.

Progress and Priorities

The focus for 2025 is clear: infrastructure, maintenance of the lakes and common areas, and responsible management of community assets. This renewed commitment reflects lessons learned from the past year, during which progress often felt slow and delayed. The decision to partner with City Property Management was pivotal in accelerating progress. Sam said, “City Property and Steve Burns as General Manager have been monumental in chipping away at the to-do list. If you notice, things are getting done.” This momentum enables the Board to move beyond the turbulence of 2024 and focus on key maintenance areas. As Sam puts it, “It is time to address the community common areas. I see that as very hopeful and positive.”

The Heartbeat of the Community

While 2024 was a year of structural improvements and organizational adjustments, the Board President highlights the vital role of community clubs in creating a sense of belonging and purpose. “The clubs are the glue that makes the community stick together and thrive,” Sam says. “Despite our financial climate, they’ve built cohesiveness and a sense of connection, which is the true definition of a community.”

The success of these clubs has been a highlight for Sam, underscoring their importance in creating a vibrant and supportive environment for residents.

Gratitude and a Call to Action

Reflecting on the community’s patience and support during a year of change, Sam extends a heartfelt thanks on behalf of the Board. “Thank you for your patience and support during the transition to City Property.” Sam also encourages residents to reimagine their role in shaping the community’s future. “I want to encourage everyone to be more creative and think about what we can achieve together at the next level. Volunteer, participate— it makes for a more effective and focused organization.” This collaborative spirit, Sam believes, will enable the Board and the community to execute and implement plans for the future with greater clarity and effectiveness.

Continuous Learning

Despite the progress and significant cost savings achieved this year by integrating systems and processes into one platform and reducing admin costs, we did have errors and mistakes during this transition. I appreciate the feedback and comments from residents who brought these issues to our attention so they can be addressed and resolved. The Board has made and will make decisions that some may not agree with. The Board will continue to seek input on issues to assess alternatives and ultimately make decisions that serve the community’s best interests. Learning from mistakes and criticism is vital to the health of the organization.

A Shared Vision for 2025

Sam reiterates the importance of unity, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose as the community approaches the new year. “Community seems to be the word that describes the ‘State of the Ranch’ and how we approach 2025,” Sam concludes. With steady leadership from City Property Management, a well-functioning Board, and the enduring strength of its clubs and residents, the HOA is entering 2025 with optimism and determination. The goal is clear: to continue building a thriving, connected community that reflects why Dobson Ranch is a great place to call home. For the residents and the Board of Directors, 2025 isn’t just another year—it’s an opportunity to move forward together and stronger than ever before. Interviewed by Chad Turner

GENERAL MANAGER MESSAGE

As the appointed General Manager for the past three months here at Dobson Ranch, I have had the privilege of working closely with the Dobson Ranch Board of Directors and the on-site staff to serve this incredible community.

While the final decision regarding management is still pending as part of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process that is currently underway, I remain hopeful and eager to continue supporting Dobson Ranch and its residents into the future.

Dobson Ranch has always been a shining example of what a resort-style, common-interest lifestyle community should be. Its legacy of excellence and vibrancy is something that many communities aspire to achieve. However, as with any organization or community, challenges arise over time. It is with dedication, teamwork, and a clear vision that we can overcome these challenges and maintain Dobson Ranch as the place you call home.

The road ahead will require time, effort, and a collaborative spirit. Change is rarely easy, and as we work together to make meaningful improvements, there may be hiccups or misunderstandings along the way. Yet, one thing remains clear: the Dobson Ranch Board of Directors is deeply committed to doing what is best for Dobson Ranch. Their focus and determination to “correct the ship” are both inspiring and essential to our collective success.

Together, we can reestablish Dobson Ranch as the vibrant, shining community it was and still can be. This will involve not only addressing the immediate needs of the community but also laying the groundwork for a future where all residents can take pride in their neighborhood and enjoy the unparalleled lifestyle Dobson Ranch has to offer.

I thank the Board of Directors, the staff, and every resident for their patience and commitment to this journey. With a shared vision and mutual support, I am confident that brighter days are ahead for Dobson Ranch.

Sincerely,

Compliance: Quick Review & Looking Ahead to 2025

The year kicked off with heavy downpours and days of rain, which brought a surge of weeds and tough maintenance challenges. Despite these obstacles, the community stepped up to keep Dobson Ranch looking great. The quick response showed our commitment to maintaining the beauty of our neighborhood.

As the year went on, we focused on key projects like palm tree maintenance, fresh painting, and other touch-ups around the community. These efforts kept Dobson Ranch looking its best and helped protect the value of our homes.

Compliance Made Easier

In 2024, we made big improvements to how compliance is handled, learning from past issues, using new technology will make things simpler for homeowners.

Highlights include:

Easy Reporting: Homeowners can now report compliance issues online through the homeowner CityCync portal, making it faster and more convenient.

Clearer Communication: We simplified compliance letters to make them easier to understand and with QR codes for quick access.

Looking Ahead to 2025

Next year, we’re excited to keep working closely with homeowners to improve the compliance process and make Dobson Ranch an even better place to live. By continuing to focus on fairness and clear communication, we’ll ensure the community remains a place we’re all proud to call home. Thank you for your support in 2024. Here’s to a great 2025!

COMMUNICATIONS:

“STATE OF THE RANCH”

To understand where Dobson Ranch is headed, we must reflect on where we’ve been and where we stand today. This thought inspired me to contribute to what is termed as the “State of the Ranch.” There is a quote from a well-known pop culture movie, and it captures this thought perfectly: “The intent here is to gain a clearer perception, where we’ve been, where we’re going, the pitfalls and the possibilities, the perils and the promise.”

What is the state of Dobson Ranch now? That’s a complex question, but not an impossible one. As you will see in this issue of the Ranchers’ RoundUp, we will hear from different areas of the HOA in hopes to answer this question. Every homeowner deserves an understanding of our association’s current status and its future. The challenge isn’t explaining how we got here, but painting a clear picture of where we are today, and what is in store for Dobson Ranch tomorrow.

When I joined Dobson Ranch as Communications Administrator, the job was presented as an opportunity to rebuild. The Communications department needed strengthening, and my focus was to rebuild it with a strong foundation and breathe new life into how the HOA connects with homeowners. The first task was designing a new website. It officially launched at the end of 2024 and the response has been positive. In addition, early in January of 2025, each resident will receive in their mailbox a 4-page quarterly newsletter with important information and events from the Dobson Ranch HOA. This is a step forward to reaching every homeowner. It will be a great addition to the variety of platforms residents can already see HOA information.

As a resident and an HOA staff member, I see the challenges

and the possibilities of how to connect to homeowners, and I’ve also come to believe that every homeowner has the power to be part of the solution to advance Dobson Ranch to its full potential.

In preparation for this “State of the Ranch” issue, it has helped me understand why the recent 5% assessment increase was necessary for the 2025 budget. If I may be so blunt... Dobson Ranch is worth the investment. Just as we upgrade and maintain our homes, our community deserves the same care.

In an article a several pages forward, I encourage every homeowner to become an active member in the Dobson Ranch community. When homeowners remain silent, decisions are left to a dedicated few who do their best on behalf of everyone. Yet these decision-makers often face criticism from those who weren’t engaged in the process. By speaking up and sharing your perspective, you can help shape the future of Dobson Ranch. All homeowners contribute financially by way of assessments, so why not contribute our voices and ideas as well? Let’s be active in our community.

I am hopeful about the possibilities the coming year holds. Communications will continue to grow and improve, but this will take time. I am looking intently on every method I can to reach as many homeowners as possible. I still hear at every event from a resident passer by, that they had no idea an event was happening. This pains me that I wasn’t able to reach them. I’ll take that as my new found mission. I look forward to December next year when we can reflect on how far we’ve come with the improvement of communications.

If anyone knows me well enough, then they know that I love motion pictures, storytelling and great quotes from them. With that said, let me end with another pop culture movie quote that is quite over dramatic, but still resonates: “We cannot be consumed by our petty differences anymore. We will be united in our common interests. We will not go quietly into the night. We will not vanish without a fight. We’re going to live on. We are going to survive.”

Together, let’s build a stronger, more connected Dobson Ranch.

Staying on Track with Your HOA Payments: How to Catch Up and Stay Current

Did you know that Dobson Ranch bills homeowners quarterly?

That means you receive a bill four times a year for your HOA assessment.

Here’s how quarterly works:

• First payment: Due January 30

• Second payment: Due April 30

• Third payment: Due July 30

• Fourth payment: Due October 30

Many homeowners prefer to break these quarterly payments into smaller monthly amounts, which is perfectly fine. But here’s the problem: some are waiting until just before the next quarterly due date to pay off their balance. This means their payments are considered late and subject to late fees.

Why is this an issue?

Quarterly payments are due in full by the due date. If you’re paying monthly but not completing the full amount before the due date, your account is marked late.

What can monthly assessment payers do to fix this?

IMPORTANT: In January of 2025, you’ll need to pay the full first quarter amount by January 30 to get back on track. After that, you can continue with your monthly payments. This way, your monthly payments will line up with the quarterly due dates, and you’ll stay current.

Here’s an example:

Let’s say your quarterly balance is $167.74.

1. Step 1: Pay $167.74 in full by January 30. This covers your first-quarter bill.

2. Step 2: Start paying $55.91 each month after that ($167.74 ÷ 3 months).

• February: $55.91

• March: $55.91

• April: $55.91 (you’ll complete the second quarter amount before April 30).

Why this works: By paying the full first quarter upfront, you’ll catch up. Then, your monthly payments will cover each quarter before its due date, and you’ll never fall behind again.

If you have questions or need help figuring out your payments, contact the Dobson Ranch office at (480) 831-8314 or hoa.admin@dobsonranch.com

Recreation will continue to host those, which have been a great way to bring our community together. Dobson Ranch Recreation is also determined to pursue and expand our larger events this year, like the Easter Egg Hunt and Spooktacular.

As we move forward into the new year, I will also attempt to increase and introduce more events, classes, and experiences that will enrich our community. My commitment to the community is to keep striving to make our events ever better and helping to make Dobson Ranch the best place to live!

LA CASITA PRESCHOOL

Community, Connection, and Family: The

Heart

of La Casita Preschool

At the start of each school year, Jessi Feltmann, a cherished preschool teacher at La Casita Preschool, takes a moment to reflect on her journey over the years. Her favorite memories are consistent year after year: watching children grow in knowledge, confidence, and curiosity and witnessing parents transform from strangers into a supportive community, sharing smiles and stories during drop-off and pick-up.

For Ms. Jessi, teaching is more than just a job; it’s a mission rooted in the power of connection. “Throughout the year, these three words come to mind: community, connection, and family.” These values guide her daily as she educates the young learners and welcomes their parents into the school’s vibrant culture.

Growth in Every Step

One of Ms. Jessi’s greatest joys is seeing her students’ transformation. “The growth from when they start to when they graduate is incredible,” she shares. On the first day of school, children arrive wide-eyed and eager, stepping into their very own space for the first time. “You can see it in their faces,” she explains. “There’s this sense of excitement and newness. They realize this school is theirs, where they can explore, create, and thrive.” By the end of the year, those same children radiate confidence. They’ve learned academic basics and how to share, collaborate, and express themselves creatively. “It’s about teaching them to love learning and to be kind, curious little humans.”

A Community Beyond the Classroom

La Casita Preschool isn’t just a place for children; it’s a hub for families. Ms. Jessi lights up when she talks about the relationships formed among parents. “I love watching parents connect outside of the school,” she says. “We’re not just a little preschool; we’re here for the whole community.” This community-minded spirit is embedded in La Casita’s mission: La Casita offers support and community outreach to the families and children of Dobson Ranch and the surrounding community. The preschool’s purpose is equally heartfelt: To provide a safe, loving environment for children to be cared for and the opportunity to develop to their fullest potential physically, emotionally, socially, intellectually, and creatively. The bonds formed at La Casita often extend far beyond graduation. Ms. Jessi recalls heartwarming stories of children who attended the preschool together and remained lifelong friends, even after moving to different states or countries.

“It’s such a joy to hear about those enduring friendships. It reminds me how much of an impact we can have, not just today, but for years to come.”

The Bridge Between School and Community

A cornerstone of La Casita Preschool’s success is the unwavering support from Dobson Ranch’s clubs and volunteers. These generous contributors ensure that Ms. Jessi and her team can focus on what matters most: the children. “The clubs that support the preschool are invaluable to me,” Ms. Jessi says. “They allow us to expand not just in the classroom but outward into the community. Their generosity brings us closer to our mission.” From organizing events to providing resources, these volunteers are the unsung heroes of La Casita’s story. Ms. Jessi’s gratitude for them is palpable. “We couldn’t do this without them. Their dedication shows what it truly means to be part of a community.”

A Legacy of Connection

Ms. Jessi believes deeply in creating connections—within the classroom, among families, and across the Dobson Ranch community. Her goal is always to start a ripple effect of kindness and collaboration extending beyond preschool. “When I look at these kids, I see future Dobson Ranch residents,” she says. “What we’re building here is more than a foundation for learning; it’s a foundation for community. These children and their families are part of something bigger, something lasting.”

A Mission That Feels Like Family

As Ms. Jessi reflects on her years at La Casita, her passion is undeniable. “We’re not a business,” she states firmly. “We’re a family. And that’s what makes this place so special.” Her work embodies the preschool’s mission and purpose, creating a nurturing environment where children and families feel seen, supported, and valued. For Ms. Jessi, every moment spent teaching is a step toward a brighter, more connected community.

As another school year unfolds, Ms. Jessi is ready to embrace its challenges and joys with her characteristic warmth and enthusiasm. “The first day of school is always magical,” she says. “It’s a reminder of why I love what I do. The kids are excited, the parents are hopeful, and the possibilities are endless. It’s a fresh start for everyone, and there’s nothing more rewarding than being part of that journey.” For the families of Dobson Ranch, her dedication is a lasting treasure that continues to shape their lives in the most profound ways.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Monthly Update from Councilmember Heredia

Happy New Year! As we welcome the start of a new year, I’d like to reflect on what an incredible year it has been for Mesa and our vibrant District 3 community. Serving as your City Council Representative has been an honor, and I’m proud of the milestones we’ve achieved together.

One of the highlights of the past year was the success of our Annual District 3 Toy Drive! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community and partners, we raised over $7,000 worth of toys. Your contributions will bring joy to the young patients at Banner Children’s Medical Center, and I’m deeply grateful to everyone who made this possible.

I’m also excited to share that the Mesa City Council recently approved the rezoning application for the Fiesta Mall redevelopment—a significant milestone for this transformative project! While an exact timeline has yet to be finalized, work could begin within the next two years. The vision for Fiesta Redefined includes:

• Up to 4,000 housing units across multiple residential communities

• Up to 1.85 million square feet of retail and commercial space

• Over 500,000 square feet of walkable and bikefriendly open space

This redevelopment will bring new life to the area, making it a more dynamic and connected hub for our community. For the latest updates, visit fiestaredefined.com, which will be regularly updated as the project progresses. If you have questions, feel free to email info@fiestaredefined.com.

Goals for the Upcoming Year:

As I look ahead to my final four years on the Mesa City Council, I remain committed to serving our community.

Here are some of my top priorities:

1. Expanding Transit Options: Enhancing connectivity and expanding transit options in high-density areas, ensuring residents have diverse and accessible transportation choices.

2. Advancing Education and Workforce Development:

As the Chair of the Education and Workforce Development Roundtable, I’m dedicated to promoting initiatives and programs that strengthen our education system by collaborating with partners, stakeholders, and the education community.

3. Enhancing Placemaking Opportunities: I’ll work closely with city staff and developers to create more walkable, bike-friendly spaces and foster connectivity within District 3.

4. Neighborhood Safety: Supporting our public safety officers and investing in initiatives that enhance neighborhood safety, improve quality of life, and foster a sense of security and well-being for all residents.

Although much of West Mesa is already developed, there are exciting opportunities for growth in key areas such as the Asian District, Mesa Riverview, and the Fiesta District. By focusing on these areas, we can continue to make West Mesa a connected, thriving, and welcoming place for all.

As always, I’m here to assist with any questions or concerns. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to my office at 480-6443003 or email us at District3@MesaAZ.gov.

Thank you for your continued support, and here’s to another year of progress and success for District 3!

COMING SOON!

MINI ROUNDUP - WHAT IS IT & WHY?

Have you felt like something’s been missing in your mailbox this past year? Perhaps a familiar monthly magazine—possibly the Ranchers’ RoundUp? You’re not alone.

September of 2023, the Dobson Association Board of Directors made the difficult decision to discontinue the home delivery of the printed Ranchers’ RoundUp magazine, which had reached almost 5,000 homes in Dobson Ranch. Given the financial and staffing constraints leading into 2024, this decision (202309-101) was driven by the need to reallocate funds to higher-priority items within the budget. Other beloved events, such as the Winter Carnival and Pancake Breakfast, were also paused. While these changes allowed for more flexibility in addressing pressing needs, they left a noticeable gap in how we communicate with you, our valued residents.

Throughout 2024, our communications department worked tirelessly to bridge this gap through digital platforms such as weekly email updates, social media, and our website. However, we quickly learned that these methods alone could not fully replicate the reach and impact of the printed RoundUp. Sometimes, when something has worked well for so long, it’s easy to underestimate just how vital it is until it’s no longer there— like a favorite recipe missing that one key ingredient.

Recognizing this, the Board of Directors recently approved additional funding for communications efforts. We’re excited to introduce the quarterly “Mini RoundUp,” a condensed, four-page printed newsletter home-delivered four times a year (January, April, July, and October). While not the full publication of the past, this newsletter is a step toward bringing critical Dobson Ranch information directly to your doorstep. Additionally, we will be expanding the use of banners and signage throughout the community to ensure as many residents see important messages as possible.

As many homeowners know, the Ranchers’ RoundUp is available online in a digital format each month, as well as the printed 200 copies of the 20-page publication,

which are available for pick-up at any of the three recreation centers. While it may not be the same as home delivery, these options provide continued access to the full magazine.

As we reflect on the past year, this transition reminds us of a story shared among ranchers: Imagine a rancher who once had a reliable windmill that drew water for the herd. When it stopped working, they tried alternatives— hauling water in barrels and creating makeshift troughs. While these methods worked, they couldn’t match the simplicity and efficiency of that windmill. The Mini RoundUp is our attempt to rebuild that windmill.

We hope this quarterly publication, alongside the monthly RoundUp available at the recreation centers, will provide the insights and updates you’ve come to rely on while complementing our other platforms. Still, as the saying goes, “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.” We’re committed to delivering Dobson Ranch information to you in every way we can, but we need your help to take it in. Whether it’s reading the RoundUps, checking your emails, or visiting our website, your engagement makes all the difference.

Finally, we want to hear from you! If you have ideas for other ways we can better connect with you, please don’t hesitate to share. Your feedback will help us shape a stronger, more informed Dobson Ranch. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to improve and adapt.

Look for the Mini RoundUp in January!

ENGAGE, INSPIRE, LEAD: STRENGTHENING OUR

COMMUNITY BONDS!

Dear Members of the Dobson Ranch Community,

Today, I write to you as a fellow homeowner and an HOA employee with a unique perspective on the place we call home. The Dobson Ranch community is a vibrant tapestry of diverse individuals, each contributing something invaluable. Yet, there remains untapped potential to transform our shared spaces and strengthen our bonds. This letter is a heartfelt invitation to step forward, raise your voice, and embrace the power you hold in shaping our collective future. For 20 years, I was uninvolved in the Ranch, too focused on a career and too busy raising a family. However, almost a year ago I accepted a position at the HOA and since then, I have gained a great deal of insight. Let me share why your involvement matters and how your contributions can make a difference.

The Power of Your Voice

In a community shy of 5,000 homes and with over 15,000 individuals, it’s easy to feel your voice doesn’t carry any weight. But I assure you, your input is essential. Without it, decisions may lack diverse perspectives, and our community’s potential may go unrealized. Silence can be misconstrued as consent, empowering a dedicated few to make decisions on behalf of everyone. By participating, you help ensure our community’s choices reflect all residents’ needs and dreams. The Board of Directors exists to serve the people of Dobson Ranch. Their decisions impact every aspect of our shared lives, from budgets to events and neighborhood policies. By voting, attending meetings, or sharing ideas, you influence these decisions, bringing innovation and resolving challenges. My unrealized power of a single voice left me wondering... What if? What If I was more involved? What if I had expressed my concerns?

Overcoming Barriers

Getting involved can seem daunting, but small actions make a big difference. Responding to a survey, attending a meeting, or sharing thoughts during a Board workshop conversation are simple yet impactful ways to contribute. Stay informed through emails, the Ranchers’ RoundUp, and attend community events—even as an observer. Remember, your voice adds value.

Building Participation Together

To thrive, our community must crave a culture of participation. Here’s how we can achieve this:

1. Seek out events or social gatherings that create good conversations with a shared thread of community engagement.

2. Stay current on the topics leading the discussions at the Board meetings and other Committee meetings.

3. Reach out to the HOA Administration for a conversation and let them know your thoughts and ideas.

4. Attend Board of Director Workshops and Meetings. (See website Calendar for dates and times.)

From Participation to Leadership

If you’re inspired to do more than participate in conversations, consider running for the Board of Directors. There is currently one open chair, and three more to be elected in April. Serving on the Dobson Ranch Board of Directors allows you to represent your neighbors, shape policies, and ensure decisions reflect shared values. Leadership is accessible to anyone with the heart and dedication to step up. Explore how you can hone your skills as a candidate, attend meetings, speak with current committees and board members, and discover the elements of Dobson Ranch you feel need your support. (Apply to be a candidate online or Scan the QR code at the beginning of this publication.)

A Call to Action

I challenge each of you to take one step toward Engagement this month. Attend a Board meeting in person or watch a Board meeting online. Share an idea to improve Dobson Ranch on social media and encourage your neighbors to join you. Together, let’s build a future and discover the full potential of Dobson Ranch. Our community’s strength lies in its people. By contributing, we create a neighborhood that’s not just a place to live but a place to belong. Let’s seize this moment to come together, listen, and lead. The power is in your hands. Let’s use it.

CONSERVATION CORNER

HAPPY NEW YEAR - BRANCH OUT IN 2025!

Last month, I had the privilege of attending a special event honoring Mayor Giles for his commitment to a more sustainable Mesa. To commemorate his efforts, three trees were planted at Sheepherder’s Park, which will increase our city’s tree canopy and help cool our community.

Other newly planted trees include the ones along Dobson and Baseline Roads. All these trees will count towards Mesa’s Trees are Cool - Million Trees Initiative. Did you plant any trees this fall? Be sure to record your trees online at cityofmesa.org.

Together, we have until 2050 to reach the goal of planting 1,000,000 trees in Mesa!

Speaking of trees, is your “cut” Christmas tree still kicking around the side of your house? If it fits, you can put it in your green yard waste barrel, if you have that residential service. If not, you can drop off the tree at the library, the Dobson Ranch branch (sorry, couldn’t resist), until January 20th. The “Christmas Tree Recycling” drop-off area is set up in the parking lot on the west side. If you went for a “live” tree this year, and decide to plant it in your yard, don’t forget to Record Your Tree. Yes, it would count toward the Million Trees Initiative as well.

If you can be-leaf it, SRP’s Shade Tree Workshop dates for the spring are available! Sign up today at www.srp.net/shadetrees.

Finally, your Water & Lake Management Committee is planning the Spring Expo in April so be on the lookout for updates on the event. It is sure to be a root-tootin’ good time!

This month’s tips are simple, starting with enjoy the great outdoors! It’s the time of year when our weather

is perfect. Smile and spread seeds of happiness your favorite way outside! And while in the neighborhood, if you see an irrigation leak in a common area, don’t be fir-getful, report it to Dobson Ranch at 480-831-8314 or hoa.admin@dobsonranch.com.
