GENERAL MANAGER MESSAGE
As the appointed General Manager for the past three months here at Dobson Ranch, I have had the privilege of working closely with the Dobson Ranch Board of Directors and the on-site staff to serve this incredible community.
While the final decision regarding management is still pending as part of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process that is currently underway, I remain hopeful and eager to continue supporting Dobson Ranch and its residents into the future.
Dobson Ranch has always been a shining example of what a resort-style, common-interest lifestyle community should be. Its legacy of excellence and vibrancy is something that many communities aspire to achieve. However, as with any organization or community, challenges arise over time. It is with dedication, teamwork, and a clear vision that we can overcome these challenges and maintain Dobson Ranch as the place you call home.
The road ahead will require time, effort, and a collaborative spirit. Change is rarely easy, and as we work together to make meaningful improvements, there may be hiccups or misunderstandings along the way. Yet, one thing remains clear: the Dobson Ranch Board of Directors is deeply committed to doing what is best for Dobson Ranch. Their focus and determination to “correct the ship” are both inspiring and essential to our collective success.
Together, we can reestablish Dobson Ranch as the vibrant, shining community it was and still can be. This will involve not only addressing the immediate needs of the community but also laying the groundwork for a future where all residents can take pride in their neighborhood and enjoy the unparalleled lifestyle Dobson Ranch has to offer.
I thank the Board of Directors, the staff, and every resident for their patience and commitment to this journey. With a shared vision and mutual support, I am confident that brighter days are ahead for Dobson Ranch.
