The Chandler Chamber Community Foundation Leadership Institute Class 38 completed another successful issue day! March’s issue day highlighted Social Services. The focus on this issue day was to learn about the Social Services programs in Chandler and the importance of community involvement as it relates to volunteerism, philanthropy, and engagement. The class had the opportunity to tour 5 nonprofit organizations located right here in Chandler. These nonprofits shared with the group the mission of their organizations, the evolving needs they have faced, and ways that the community can join them in their efforts.
