PHOENIX, AZ - First International Bank & Trust (FIBT) is proud to announce the promotion of Ben Danner to Arizona Market President. Previously the Branch Manager, Ben led the Phoenix branch in loan and deposit growth and has taken an active role in mentoring new lenders and lending staff.
Ben Danner joined First International Bank & Trust in February 2019 but has spent more than 40 years in the banking industry. He has worked in many areas of banking, but the bulk of his career has been in Commercial Lending and leading teams of lenders. Ben is active in the Phoenix community and has been particularly involved with youth sports and the Arizona Special Olympics. He currently serves on the Southwest Business Finance Corporation Board of Directors.

Nonprofit Organizations Encouraged to Enroll to Obtain Helpers Who Match Their Needs

Salt River Project, the nation’s third largest not-for-profit utility is expanding its SkillsBased Volunteer program to assist nonprofit organizations. SRP’s vast and dedicated pool of community volunteers are seeking opportunities to lend their specialized skills and talents to help those in need.
Nonprofits seeking help, listed below, can apply: • Administrative and clerical • Communications (marketing/
PR plan, branding and graphic
design) • Financial (accounting software, financial controls and audit planning) • Governance (writing bylaws and reviewing vision/mission) • Human resources • Interactive and web development • Leadership coaching • Legal (intellectual property and property issues) • Public affairs and policy - (lobbying and advocacy planning) • Strategy development and business planning (strategic planning, market research, client needs assessment and feedback collection) Technology (database management/development, hardware, IT support, network administration and software developing/coding)
