Watercraft Launch Passes Daily watercraft launch passes for boats and jet skis are available to valid IVGID Picture Pass and Recreation Punch Card holders with beach access at Ski Beach.

Beaches & Watercraft INFORMATION The four IVGID-managed beaches Ski Beach, Incline Beach, Burnt Cedar Beach, and Hermit Beach - are located on Lakeshore Drive between the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and State Route 28.

Incline Beach

Hermit Beach is the name of the small beach on the east side of Incline Creek, next to the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe and where the kayak/paddleboard/ canoe storage racks are located.

Burnt Cedar Beach

Incline Beach has a nice sandy beach and swimming area if you need to jump in the water to cool off. There are several picnic areas, a playground, a non-motorized watercraft concession provided by Lake Tahoe Water Sports, and a snack bar and full-service outdoor bar provided by Incline Spirits that offer a selection of tasty food and drink options, plus cocktail service during the summer months.

Ski Beach 967 Lakeshore Blvd. Ski Beach has a boat launching facility, picnic areas, two volleyball courts and a bocce ball court. A creek runs through Ski Beach with lush grassy areas and trees to provide leisurely shady walks.

Burnt Cedar offers a newly renovated outdoor pool with waterslide and an adjacent toddler pool, a small sandy beach with a protected swimming cove, a large grassy point with benches, playground, non-motorized watercraft concession provided by Lake Tahoe Water Sports, and multiple barbecue and group picnic areas. The snack bar and full-service outdoor bar provided by Incline Spirits offers a selection of tasty food and drink options, with cocktail servers offering beach-side service.

More Information Pool hours are posted on our website and paper copies can be picked up at the Recreation Center or the Burnt Cedar Beach gate. Beach hours are from dawn until dusk. Incline Village beaches are restricted-access - please refer to www. inclinerecreation.com for rules and

Annual Watercraft Launch Pass To purchase an annual pass (valid from May 1, 2022 - April 30, 2023) please go to the Parks & Recreation Department Counter or the Ski Beach gate. Bring your valid IVGID Picture Pass with beach access, current vessel registration in your name, current driver’s license and complete an application. Please call 775.832.1310 for more information. Be aware that based on fluctuating water levels these launch restrictions are subject to change, and the 2022 boat launching season may be limited.
