TRANSIT UPDATE

ATTENTION TAHOE: leave YOUR car behind

A collaborative campaign to encourage people to get out of their cars and use public transportation is underway in Tahoe. As parking and traffic woes continue to face all in Incline Village & Crystal Bay, a series of fun and engaging social media graphics are aiming to inspire all to leave their car behind and turn to public transportation as a viable option to get around this summer.

As the East Shore Express, TART Connect, RTC, and TART resume their summer schedules, Tahoe Transportation District is spearheading a new #TahoeTahoeTransit campaign.

Residents, businesses and influencers in the region are invited to participate in the campaign and download the social media toolkit, reshare and use the hashtag #TakeTahoeTransit when they ride the bus this year. For more information, visit TakeTahoeTransit.org.
