Our Chateau Events Team is always current on the latest trends in wedding and special event catering. In this edition, Events Coordinator Brooke Smith La Fata shares some of the popular food experiences offered by our talented Culinary Team.

Grazing stations are on the forefront with charcuterie boards and mac n’ cheese bars. These gourmet stations boast creative and colorful foods that guests can enjoy while mixing and mingling during cocktail hour. Our chefs get super creative crafting these stations with fresh seasonal ingredients.

Comfort food is on the rise! Combining this trend and the everso-popular interactive food stations, we recommend a prime rib carving station. Our chef-carved prime rib station is accompanied by a rich rosemary au jus and a zesty horseradish cream.

Pairing these selections with specialty wines offers an experience your guests won’t soon forget. Our extensive wine list is curated by Executive Chef Bill Vandenburg, a level 1 Sommelier, to compliment these flavors. Consider serving bubbles with the mac n’ cheese bar, and a claret with short ribs or prime rib. Choose bold and rustic reds along with a crisp white wine to compliment the variety featured on a grazing table.

We are here to assist in crafting the perfect menu for your next special event!
