There was no slowdown in the Lake Keowee home market for the 1st Quarter of 2025. Looking at 2020 through 2025 and you see the ascendance in the average sales price. The Waterfront Home category has exploded! The increase from 2024 to 2025 was 77.05% from $1,463,150 to $2,590,575. The median sales price for waterfront homes was $1,950,000. The median days on the market were 54 compared to the average days on the market of 82. The number of homes closed yearover-year was down by -9 homes or -27.27%. Leading the way are The Reserve@Lake Keowee homes.

The Cliffs Communities and The Reserve@Lake Keowee lead the way in highest sold prices.
