mínimas que los Burós deben cumplir respecto de los datos que manejan, bajo estricta vigilancia y control de la Superintendencia de Bancos y Seguros, así como las infracciones y sanciones a las que están sujetos dichas entidades, conforme lo dispuesto en el artículo 13 de la Ley de Burós de Información Crediticia.
Bureaus should comply regarding the data that they handle, under strict surveillance and control of the Superintendence of Banks and Insurances, as well as the infringements and punishments to which such Companies are submitted, in agreement to what is arranged in article 13 of the Credit Information Bureaus Law.
Sin duda, esta resolución permite una efectiva ejecución de la Ley de Burós de Información Crediticia, toda vez que establece el procedimiento, lineamientos y condiciones que deben seguir los Burós para el manejo de información tan sensible como la crediticia.
Without doubt, this resolution allows an effective execution of the Credit Information Bureaus Law, since it establishes the procedure, features and conditions that should be followed by the Bureaus for the management of sensitive information as the one of the credit.
