5. A su vez de los socios o accionistas, que tengan una participación societaria dentro la compañía extranjera se deben presentar la siguiente información:

5. At the same time, partners or shareholders that have corporative participation on a foreign company should present the following information:
a. Para personas naturales: i. Nombres completos. ii. Nacionalidad. iii. Dirección del domicilio actual.
1. For natural persons: i. Full names. ii. Nationality. iii. Current residence address.
b. Para personas jurídicas. i. Denominación o razón social. ii. Nacionalidad. iii. Dirección del asiento principal de sus negocios.
2. For legal persons: i. Denomination or company name. ii. Nationality. iii. Address of the main commercial office.
Durante el año 2009, la información deberá presentarse hasta el mes de noviembre, sin perjuicio de tener que presentarla nuevamente en diciembre de 2009 y en los meses de enero y febrero de 2010.
During year 2009, the information should be presented until the month of November, notwithstanding having to present it again in December 2009 and in the months of January and February 2010.
