I understand many people have no faith in vision boards, but realize that is exactly where the awesomeness of vision boards lie. The ability to focus is the most important asset in manifesting your vision. You about to uncover the power of vision boards when it comes to creating opportunities through focusing and visualization your dreams. Let’s shift your attention a bit from the traditional approach to maintain focus. We all have been taught that focus has only to do with our psychological efforts toward shelving aside every form of distraction, i.e. zero permission for anything or anybody to distract us from pursuing our goal. But focus can also be attained through physical visualization - and this is where vision boards come in play. What is a Vision Board? A vision board is essentially a physical collection of images, words, strategies and quotes. A place where all goals and affirmations, can be seen. A vision board boost motivation, leverage the power of images, This physical activity helps you stay focused and become clear in your vision.

The first step towards manifesting your dream is to get clarity on your goals and desires out of life. This step will take you towards designing a vision board that is anchored by your vision, and your vision is anchored by your desire out of life. Having designed a vision board the second step is to regularly focus and visualize your vision. It’s like the old fable, if you see it will come true. A vision board brings your dreams loud and clear in front of you. By helping you work towards them consciously and subconsciously. So grab the Vision Board Worksheet and start creating your vision. If you need help getting started on the worksheet, email me at thestonemethod@gmail.com. 3

We assume that if the vision is to own a restaurant, the work is in buying a restaurant and creating the menu. Sometimes the work is serving tables at an already established restaurant. Mental Health in the Boardroom: How are you Elevating Emotional Wellness and get to your ‘What’s Next’... In your role as a power leader, there are moments when you are overloaded with tasks to execute. Even more than that, executives are responsible for their personal mental strength as well as that of their stakeholders. Leading from the boardroom is changing at a fast pace, and the impact of that can heavily weigh on anyone’s overall well-being. There is no way to get to your What’s Next, whatever that looks like for you, if you are not conscious of your emotional health and wellness. Business managers should develop a high degree of emotional intelligence in order to master personal and professional growth. Thought-leaders must understand the value in emotional intelligence in that it helps to elevate effectiveness. Empathetic leaders are truly aware of EQ acumen, therefore better able to navigate the expectations and stress that comes with the territory. The current motility or shifting at the boardroom table requires, actually, demands that you are confident in your ability to show strong gratitude for yourself and others. Expanding acuity as it relates to emotional language and connection is absolutely the way to transform your here and now! What does this all mean, you ask? Firstly, please over-stand that Mental Health and Mental Illness are defined as two unique conditions. Simply put, the origin of the conditions require unique approaches to determine quality of life and desired outcomes. Even as the terms are often used interchangeably, it is vital to note that you can experience poor mental health and not have a mental illness or disorder. By all accounts, when a

If you are reading this, your overall emotional wellness is important to you. I am certain that any Executive who is always thinking about their What’s Next is not considered imperious or subservient in their positions. Are you authoritative or overbearing, or a leader that can’t handle tough talks or bullies around the table? People with distressed mental health have a hard time dealing with the pressure either way; challenges with building strong relationships, problem-solving, or making insightful decisions. This is where a Resiliency Coach can help! Resiliency is an innate quality but through the years, life happens to the best of us.
