Wieder neigt sich ein Jahr dem Ende zu - 2013 war für viele ein harter Prüfstein. Auch für uns war dieses Jahr voller Ereignisse die wir, glücklicherweise, alle bewältigen konnten. Ich bedanke mich an dieser Stelle bei unseren Kunden und Lesern für die Treue und bei meinem Team für die professionelle Arbeit und Loyalität. Ohne dieses Miteinander wäre es nicht möglich ein Magazin überzeugend und qualitativ hochwertig zu produzieren. Dies gilt aber nicht nur für unseren Bereich, es lässt sich auf alle menschlichen Belange übertragen. Ich wünsche allen Lesern und Kunden ein besinnliches Weihnachtsfest und ein erfolgreiches Jahr 2014!

Otro año que llega a su fin, el 2013 ha sido para muchos una dura prueba. Para nosotros también ha sido un año lleno de acontecimientos que hemos superado felizmente. Aber dieser traditionale Weihnachtstraum wird oft verdrängt von einer bitteren Realität. Ein weiteres Jahr in Folge werden die Weihnachtstage getrübt durch grosse Sorgen all jener, die durch die Wirtschaftskrise am Rande der Armut und Arbeitslosigkeit stehen müssen. Finanzkrise und Weihnachten: zwei Wörter, die erneut zusammenkommen. José Miguel weiß dies sehr gut. In diesem Jahr ist er einer der 4.811.383 Menschen geworden, die in Spanien arbeitslos sind. Ihm ist bewusst, dass diese Weihnachten sehr anders sein werden als die im vorherigen Jahr. Seiner siebenjährigen Tochter beim schreiben des Wunschzettels zuzusehen, macht ihn traurig und ruft eine Unruhe in ihm hervor, die er bis jetzt noch nicht kannte. „Es tut mir weh, dass ich ihr sicherlich nicht all das schenken kann, was sie sich wünscht. Mais ce rêve de Noël, de valeurs traditionnelles, s’accompagne aussi d’une amère réalité. En effet, une fois de plus, ces fêtes ne peuvent faire oublier les problèmes de ceux que la crise économique a touché de plein fouet, en leur laissant en « cadeau » la pauvreté et la désespérance du marché de l’emploi. Crise et Noël, deux mots qui se donnent la main en cette époque. José Miguel le sait bien. Cette année, il a rejoint les 4.811.383 chômeurs inscrits en Espagne. Il sait que ces fêtes ne ressembleront pas aux fêtes des années précédentes. Pour la première fois, il se sentira triste en voyant sa fille de sept ans écrire une lettre au Père Noël. « Je suis désolé de ne pas pouvoir lui offrir tout ce qu’elle demande… Surtout parce que je sais qu’elle ne comprend pas », explique José Miguel. « Sincèrement, je préfèrerais que Noël n’existe pas cette année. C’est plus un casse-tête qu’une période de joie et de bonheur ». Comme José Miguel, des milliers de familles espagnoles devront affronter cette période rendue difficile par les effets dévastateurs d’une crise qui affecte le pays depuis cinq ans. Des fêtes marquées par la précarité et les doutes face à un futur incertain.

WEIHNACHTS MENÜ KARTOFFELSALAT MIT THUNFISCH UND GARNELEN ROTBARBE IN WEISSWEIN 500 Gramm Kartoffeln 8 Garnelenschwänze 1 große Dose Thunfisch in Öl (250 g) 4 Gewürzgurken 1 Esslöffel gehackte Zwiebel 2 Eier & Öl

GEEISTER CHRISTSTOLLEN

Die Kartoffeln mit Schale in gesalzenem Wasser ca. 20 Minuten gar kochen, dann abgießen und etwas abkühlen lassen. Danach schälen, in 2 x2 cm große Würfel schneiden mit der gehackten Zwiebel und dem Thunfisch mischen und beiseite stellen. Dann die Eier ca. 12 Minuten hart kochen, danach pellen und in ähnliche Würfel wie die Kartoffel schneiden. Tomaten blanchieren, die Haut abziehen und entkernen und in Würfel schneiden, Sardellen und Oliven hacken und danach mit Öl, Essig und Salz vermischen und ebenfalls beiseite stellen.

Garnelen schälen und Darm entfernen. Geben sie diese dann in einen Topf mit Öl und lassen die Garnelen bei schwacher Hitze (das Öl darf nicht heißer als 80 Grad sein) darin ziehen. Wenn die Temperatur erreicht ist, den Topf vom Herd ziehen, abdecken und in Ruhe weiter ziehen lassen.

S a u c e: Emulgieren Sie in einer Schüssel die Zutaten für die Sauce, fügen Sie den Schnittlauch und die Kartoffeln, die Eier und die Hälfte der Gurken hinzu (vorsichtig vermischen) damit sie sich gut mit der Marinade verbinden. Den Kartoffelsalat auf Salatblättern anrichten, mit den Garnelen (vorher aus dem Öl nehmen) der anderen Hälfte der Gewürzgurken, Schnittlauch und den restlichen Salatblättern garnieren. Noch etwas Vinaigrette darüber geben und servieren.

Kartoffelsalat mit Thunfisch und Garnelen

1 kleines Lorbeerblatt Zweig Thymian, Estragon 1 Bund Petersilie gehackt Salz, Pfeffer 1 Flasche Weißwein Butterflöckchen

Eine feuerfeste Form ausfetten. Den Boden mit den in Scheiben geschnittenen Schalotten, Pilze und den gewürfelten Tomaten, sowie den Gewürzen und der Petersilie belegen. Den küchenfertigen Fisch auf das Gemüse betten, salzen, pfeffern und mit dem Wein begießen. Rotbarbe in Weisswein

Danach mit Butterflöckchen belegen. Die Form mit Alufolie abdecken und im Backofen bei 210 Grad etwa 30 Minuten garen. Herausnehmen und sofort servieren. Guten Appetit!

4 Eigelb 2 Vollei 80 g Zucker 150 ml Amaretto 150 g gemahlene Mandeln

2 Messerspitzen Zimt ½ l geschlagene Sahne 200 g Orangeat + Zitronat 150 g Rumrosinen Kakaopulver zum Abstäuben

Die Eier und das Eigelb schaumig schlagen. Den Amaretto erhitzen und den Zucker sowie den Zimt dazugeben. Die erhitze Masse unter ständigem Rühren unter die geschlagene Eiermasse heben und anschliessend Kaltschlagen.

Die gemahlenen Mandeln unterheben im Anschluss die Sahne mit dem Teigschaber unterheben. Zum Schluss Orangeat, Zitronat und Rumrosinen unterarbeiten und anschliessend in eine Form abfüllen.

Circa 2 Tage in die Kühltruhe geben. Aus der Form stürzen und mit Kakao abstäuben.

Menu de Navidad ENSALADA DE PATATAS, ATÚN Y LANGOSTINOS SALMONETES AL VINO BLANCO 500 gr de patatas 8 langostinos Aceite 1 lata de atún en aceite (250gr) 4 pepinillos encurtidos cortados en rodajas 1 cucharada de cebolla tierna picada 2 huevos Unas hojas de lechuga o de endivia 1 pequeño tomate rojo 3 anchoas 8 aceitunas negras deshuesadas 4 cucharadas de aceite

1 cucharada de vinagre Sal

PARFAIT DE NAVIDAD

Salsa: 1 yogur natural 4 cucharadas de mayonesa 1 cucharada de aceite 1 cucharadita de mostaza a la antigua 1 cucharadita de azúcar 1 cucharadita de zumo de limón Sal y pimienta Cebolleta picada

Cocer las patatas sin pelar en agua hirviendo con sal unos 20 minutos (según variedad y tamaño). Escurrirlas y dejar que se enfríen un poco. Pelarlas y dejar que se enfríen por completo para cortarlas en dados de 2 cm/2cm. Mezclarlos con la cebolla picada y el atún desmenuzado y bien escurrido y reservar. Poner a cocer los huevos durante 12 minutos en agua hirviendo. Refrescarlos, pelarlos y cortarlos en dedos como las patatas.

Escaldar el tomate durante unos segundos, quitar la piel y las semillas y cortarlo en trocitos regulares. Picar también las aceitunas y las anchoas. Mezclar todo con el aceite y el vinagre. Sazonar y reservar. Pelar los langostinos y quitarles el intestino con un palillo. Saltear rápidamente los langostinos en aceite de oliva a fuego lento (la temperatura del aceite no debe superar los 80°C). Quitar del fuego, tapar y reservar.

S a l s a : En un bol, emulsionar los ingredientes de la salsa, incorporar la cebolleta picada. Verter la mezcla sobre las patatas y mezclar hasta que queden bien impregnadas. Incorporar luego los trocitos de huevos duros y la mitad de los pepinillos y mezclar delicadamente. Servir la ensalada sobre hojas de lechuga o de endivia, añadir los langostinos bien escurridos y decorar con el resto de los pepinillos, un poco de cebolleta picada y hojas de lechuga. Rociar con vinagreta.

Gastromania Ensalada de patatas, atún y langostinos CONSEJO: Se puede sustituir el salmonete por besugo, merluza o caballa. ¡Probadlo! 50 g de mantequilla 4 chalotes picadas 4 tomates previamente pelados y despepinados 150 g de setas cortadas en trocitos 1 hoja de laurel 1 ramita de tomillo

Estragón 1 manojo de perejil picado 1.5 kilo de salmonetes limpiados Sal y pimienta 1 botella de vino blanco Unas nueces de mantequilla

Engrasar una fuente para horno. Cubrir el fondo de la fuente con las chalotas picadas, los tomates y las setas en trocitos, las especias y el perejil picado. Coloque el pescado sobre la cama de verduras, salpimentar y rociar con el vino blanco.

Salmonetes al vino blanco

A continuación, repartir unas nueces de mantequilla en la preparación. Cubrir con papel de aluminio y cocer en el horno a 210° C durante aproximadamente 30 minutos. Sacar del horno y servir inmediatamente.

4 yemas de huevo 2 huevos 80 g de azúcar 150 ml de amaretto 150 g de almendras molidas 2 pellizcos de canela

½ l de nata batida 200 g de cortezas de naranja y de limón confitadas 150 g de pasas maceradas en ron Cacao en polvo

Batir los huevos y las yemas hasta conseguir una consistencia espumosa. Calentar el amaretto al baño maría y añadir el azúcar y la canela. Incorporar los huevos batidos, batiendo la mezcla constantemente, hasta conseguir una consistencia espumosa y compacta.

Retirar del fuego y seguir batiendo la mezcla al baño maría frio (poniendo la cacerola en un recipiente de agua fría), hasta que se enfríe.

Christmas Menu POTATOES SALAD WITH TUNA AND PRAWNS 500 g of potatoes 8 shrimps oil 1 large can of tuna in oil (250 g) 4 gherkins cut into thin slices 1 tbsp fresh chopped onion 2 eggs Salad leaves (lettuce or endive) 1 small red tomato 3 anchovies, 8 pitted black olives 4 tbsp of oil 1 tbsp of vinegar Salt

Sauce: 1 cup natural yoghurt 4 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp wholegrain mustard 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp lemon juice Salt and pepper chopped chives

Cook the unpeeled potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes, drain and let cool slightly. Peel them and cut them into 2 x 2 cm cubes. Mix with the chopped onion and crumbled tuna and set aside. Drop the eggs in gently boiling water for 12 minutes. Peel them and cut them into cubes. Blanch the tomato, remove the skin and seeds and cut into cubes, chop the olives and anchovies and then mix with oil, vinegar and salt. Set aside. Peel the shrimps and remove the intestinal tract with a small knife. Put them into a pan with oil and fry them over low heat (oil shouldn‘t get hotter than 80° C). When the temperature is reached, take the pan off the heat, cover and set aside.

Sauce: Emulsify the ingredients in a bowl, add the chopped chives, cubed potatoes and eggs and half of the gherkins. Mix gently until well combined. Serve the potatoes salad on a bed of lettuce leaves (or endive). Add the prawns, the other half of sliced gherkins and chopped chives and the remaining lettuce leaves with a vinaigrette dressing.

Gastromania Red mullet in white wine TIP: Bream, hake or mackerel can be used instead of red mullet. Try it out! 50 g butter 4 shallots, sliced 4 skinned and seeded tomatoes 150 g mushrooms, sliced 1 small bay leaf Sprig of thyme

Tarragon 1 bunch of parsley, chopped +/- 1500 g oven-ready red mullet Salt and pepper 1 bottle of white wine Some knobs of butter

Grease an oven-proof dish. Spread the sliced shallots, tomatoes and mushrooms, spices and parsley on the bottom of the greased dish. Place the fish on top of the vegetables, season to taste with salt and pepper and moisten with wine.

Add some knobs of butter on top. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes at 210Â° C. Remove from oven and serve immediately. Bon appĂŠtit!

4 egg yolks 2 whole eggs 80 g sugar 150 ml amaretto 150 g ground almonds 2 pinches of cinnamon

Â˝ l whipped cream 200 g candied orange and lemon peel 150 g rum raisons Cocoa powder for dusting

Beat the eggs and yolks until frothy. Heat the amaretto and add the sugar and cinnamon. Blend the mass with the beaten egg mixture, while stirring constantly, and then beat over iced water.

Work in the ground almonds and then the cream, with a dough scraper. Finally, work in the candied orange peel, candied lemon peel and rum raisins, lastly placing everything in a mould.

Leave in the freezer for about 2 days. Turn out the mould and dust the cake with cocoa.

Menu de Noël SALADE DE POMMES DE TERRE, THON ET CREVETTES ROUGET BARBET AU VIN BLANC PARFAIT DE NOËL 500 gr de pommes de terre 8 grosses crevettes Huile 1 boîte de ton à l’huile (250gr) 4 cornichons au vinaigre coupés en rondelles 1 càs d’oignon émincé 2 œufs Quelques feuilles de laitue ou d’endive 1 tomate rouge 3 anchois 8 olives noires dénoyautées 4 càs d’huile 1 càs de vinaigre Sel

Sauce: 1 yogourt nature 4 càs de mayonnaise 1 càs d’huile 1 càc de moutarde à l’ancienne 1 càc de sucre 1 càc de jus de citron Sel et poivre Ciboulette émincée

Blanchir la tomate durant quelques secondes, la peler et l’épépiner. La couper en petits morceaux réguliers. Hacher également les olives et les anchois. Mélanger le tout avec le vinaigre et l’huile. Assaisonner et réserver. Décortiquer les crevettes. Les faire revenir rapidement dans l’huile à feu doux (la température de l’huile d’olive ne devrait pas dépasser 80° C). Retirer du feu, couvrir et réserver.

S a u c e : Dans un bol, émulsionner les ingrédients de la sauce et incorporer la ciboulette. Verser le mélange sur les pommes de terre et mélanger jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient bien imprégnées. Incorporer ensuite les morceaux d’œufs durs et la moitié des cornichons et mélanger délicatement. Servir la salade sur des feuilles de laitue ou d’endives, ajouter les crevettes bien égouttées et décorer avec le reste des cornichons, un peu de ciboulette émincée et quelques feuilles de salade. Arroser de vinaigrette.

Cuire les pommes de terre sans les éplucher dans de l’eau salée durant 20 minutes (selon la variété et la grosseur). Les essorer et laisser tiédir. Les peler et les laisser refroidir complètement pour les couper en dés de 2x2 cm. Les mélanger avec la ciboulette, le thon bien égoutté et émietté et réserver. Faire cuire les œufs durant 12 minutes dans de l’eau bouillante. Les rafraichir, les écaler et les couper en dés, comme les pommes de terre.

Gastromania ASTUCE: Vous pouvez remplacer le rouget par de la daurade, du colin ou du maquereau. Essayez! 50 gr de beurre 4 échalotes émincées 4 tomates pelées et épépinées 150 gr de champignons émincés 1 feuille de laurier 1 brin de thym

Rouget barbet au vin blanc

Estragon 1 bouquet de persil haché 1,5 Kg de rouget barbet prêt à cuire Sel et poivre 1 bouteille de vin blanc Noix de beurre

Graissez un plat allant au four. Garnissez le fond du plat avec les échalotes émincées, les tomates et les champignons en morceaux, les épices et le persil. Placez le poisson sur le lit de légumes, salez et poivrez et arroser avec le vin blanc.

Répartissez les noix de beurre sur la préparation. Couvrez avec du papier aluminium et faites cuire au four à 210° C pendant environ 30 minutes. Retirez du four et servez immédiatement. Bon appétit !

Battez les œufs et les jaunes jusqu’à consistance mousseuse. Au bainmarie, chauffez l’amaretto et ajoutez le sucre et la cannelle. Intégrez les œufs battus, tout en fouettant constamment, jusqu’à consistance mousseuse et compacte.

Retirez ensuite du feu et continuez à fouetter le mélange au bain-marie froid (en déposant le poêlon dans un récipient d’eau froide), jusqu’à refroidissement.

Incorporez ensuite les amandes pilées et la crème avec une spatule. Ajoutez enfin les écorces d’orange et de citrons confis et les raisins macérés dans le rhum. Placez le tout dans un moule. Placez au congélateur durant deux jours. Retirez du moule et saupoudrez de poudre de cacao.

frisch gepresster Limettensaft braunen Zucker weißer Rum Limetten Bund Minze Flaschen Cava (Proseco) zerstoßenes Eis

Zubereitung

Limettensaft mit Zucker und Rum in einer Glaskanne verrühren. Limetten heiß abwaschen trockentupfen, in dünne Scheiben schneiden und in die Rum- Mischung geben. Minzblätter abzupfen und ebenfalls dazugeben. Kurz vor dem Servieren mit dem gekühlten Cava und zerstoßenem Eis auffüllen.

Preparation

Stir the lime juice with sugar and rum in a glass jug. Wash the limes in hot water, dab them dry, cut into thin slices and add to the rum mixture. Tear of the mint leaves and add them too. Top up with the chilled cava and crushed ice just before serving.

Préparation

Mélangez le jus de citron, le sucre et le rhum dans un pichet en verre. Lavez les citrons verts à l’eau chaude, essuyez-les, coupez-les en fines rondelles et ajoutez-les au mélange. Détachez les feuilles de menthe et ajoutez-les aussi au mélange. Remplissez avec le cava frappé et ajoutez la glace pillée au moment de servir.

ProGat y Gos Die Firma Nauticamovil war als „Weihnachtsmann“ bei Progat y Gos unterwegs. Ralf und Nicky säuberten mit Trockeneis die gesamten Hundekäfige damit sie später problemlos wieder neu lackiert werden können. Progat hat sich über diese großzügige Aktion sehr gefreut und auch wir vom Amigos Magazin bedanken uns herzlich für diese selbstlose Hilfe. Es ist immer wieder erstaunlich wie vielfältig man Trockeneis verwenden kann.

it 41 Jahren beteiligt sich Juan Manuel González zum ersten mal an der Weihnachtscampagne des Einkaufszentrums El Corte Inglés in Plaça Catalunya, dem Epizentrum der Weihnachtseinkäufe in Barcelona. Mit seinem grossen Sack voller Süssigkeiten und seiner Glocke bringt er täglich dutzende Kinder zum Lächeln, die sich ihm nervös nähern und ihm ihre Wünsche ins Ohr flüstern. Jedoch verbergen sich hinter dem roten Samtanzug und dem falschen flauschigen weissen Bart die Probleme eines ganz normalen Mannes, der mit einem Sechs-StundenJob sich etwas Geld dazu zu verdienen hofft.

Ich habe zwar meinen eigenen, aber den fand mein Chef zu klein! (lacht) • Verkleiden Sie sich aus Weihnachtsstimmung als Weihnachtsmann? • Schön wäre es! Ich muss meine Hypothek jeden Monat bezahlen, und heut zu Tage muss man jeden Job nehmen, den man bekommen kann. Diese Arbeit ist ziemlich sicher und vertrauenswert, und das muss man ausnutzen. • Wie kamen Sie dazu? • Durch einen Freund, der auch hier als Weihnachtsmann arbeitet. • Es muss nicht leicht sein, das sechs Stunden am Stück zu machen… • (Denkt nach) Nun ich mag den Job, ehrlich! Aber manchmal belastet es einen auch. Es gibt viele Kinder, die nur zu dir kommen um dich zu ärgern. Mann muss viel aushalten und sich viele Frechheiten anhören. • Zum Beispiel? • Manche Kinder machen sich einen Spass daraus, mir am Bart zu ziehen oder mir die Mütze abzunehmen. Ich kann dazu auch

Bien sûr, lorsqu’on est entouré d’enfants il faut se contrôler pour qu’ils conservent une bonne image du Père Noël. • Avez-vous vécu une situation extrême ? • Un jour, un enfant m’a frappé. Il m’a dit que mon sac était plein de cocaïne. Incroyable, non? J’ai dû le rappeler à l’ordre et il m’a frappé.

• Comment avez-vous obtenu cet emploi ? • Honnêtement, par piston. J’ai un ami qui joue le rôle du Père Noël ici et il m’a appelé pour me dire qu’il manquait des candidats.

• Et vous avez dû vous contrôler… • Oui, j’étais entouré d’enfants et je n’ai donc pas pu réagir vraiment. Je lui ai seulement dit qu’il se trompait… Je suis ici pour payer mon hypothèque. Si mon appartement était payé je ne serais pas ici.

as Desaster nimmt kein Ende. Dieser Käfer wurde in der AMIGOS-Oktober-Ausgabe eindeutig beschrieben. Mein folgender Kurzbericht stellt Ihnen die derzeitige geografische Verbreitung in Empuriabrava und mögliche Gegenmaßnahmen aus meiner Sicht dar.

November 2011: Ajuntamiento und Lokalpresse benennen erstmalig den entdeckten Morrut-Befall im Sektor Moxo 05 (Bereich LOS ARCOS - Muga-Seite) Der Befallsfortschritt mit ca. 30 neu befallenen Palmen zum Jahreswechsel 2012 in den Sektoren Moxo, Sant Mori, Montgri, Requesens, Montseny, Salins, blieb unkommentiert. Oktober/November 2013: Wenn das Ajuntamiento Ihre Palme als befallen eingestuft hat, finden Sie im Briefkasten einen gelben A4-Zettel mit der Aufschrift: „ACTA D‘ACTUACIO”, der binnen 14 Tagen zwei Möglichkeiten eröffnet: 1. SALVAR = 5-6x Insektizid Behandlung pro Jahr bis Genesung (jährl. Kosten 250 - 300 €) 2. TALAR = Fällung mit vorheriger Gift-Schockbehandlung und spezieller Entsorgung der befallenen Palmenbereiche. Die Fällkosten reichen von Eigenleistung bis Auftragsfällung mit fachgerechter Entsorgung und Endreinigung. Die Spezialentsorgung kostet zZt. 43 €/Tonne zzgl. IVA ohne Transport.

Begünstigt durch den langen, warmen, regenarmen Sommer klappten seit September 2013 NUR bei den CANARIENSIS-Palmen alle Kronblätter, obere Reihen und teilweise auch Restwedel innerhalb von nur zwei Wochen nach unten. Die befallenen Blattansätze sind durch die Larvengänge so stark perforiert, dass sie förmlich von der Palme abgeschnitten werden und zu Boden fallen. In ihnen finden wir Larven und Nester. Im Palmeninneren graben sich die Larven 50-80cm nach unten durch die Palme. Ähnlich zum Misthaufen, messen wir Innentemperaturen um 40-45 Grad und der warme Brei stinkt ätzend nach Jauche. Gemäß Generalidad sollen in fünfmaliger Behandlung die Larven im Palmeninnern durch Insektizid Duschen erreicht und getötet werden. Der Befalls Schwerpunkt liegt z.Zt. im geografischen Dreieck von Strand - Muga - Pani - Hauptkanal bis Mas Nou als Punkt C. Insbesondere sind Carlit gesamt, Montgri Mitte und Montseny Nord, Requesens gesamt, Hauptstraße Alberes, Sant Maurici innen und außen, Mas Nou Nord und zwei mittlere Kanalstraßen befallen. Als Gegenmaßnahmen behandeln wir in unserem Kundenkreis, jede befallene Palme auch in Abwesenheit des Eigentümers. Je früher die Behandlung erfolgt, desto wahrscheinlicher sind Behandlungserfolge und die Ajuntamiento-Strafe von 100 - 300€ bleibt Ihnen erspart. Mit „Amigos de Palmeras“ regte ich bereits 2008 im Arena-Forum die Schaffung eines Palmenfonds an. Aber zwischenzeitlich muss jede Palme behandelt werden und ratsam ist es, zur Ablenkung der Käfer zusätzlich Pheromon Fallen an Randbereichen der Befall- Schwerpunkte und Netze in den Palmen anzubringen. Diese Maßnahmen sind nur in ihrer Gesamtheit wirkungsvoll und kosten Geld und alleine kann ich diese Kosten nicht tragen. Denn neben Maria, Josef und allerlei Getier treibt unter den Figürchen häufig ein seltsamer Gips-Exhibitionist sein Unwesen: der Caganer, übersetzbar als „Scheißerle“. Seit Jahrhunder ten begleitet diese Figur die katalanischen Weihnachtskrippen und ist inzwischen ein richtiger Klassiker auf allen Weihnachtsmärkten. Im Ursprung handelte es sich um einen traditionell gekleideten Bauern mit Schärpe und roter Barretina, der mit heruntergelassener Hose in einer Ecke der Weihnachtskirppe sein Geschäft verrichtet. Es más, quien quiera puede adquirir a su personaje famoso favorito en forma de Caganer, ya sea Shakira, Barack Obama, Brad Pitt, Lady Gaga o todo el equipo del F.C. Natura paisaje que lo rodea, tan mágico sobre todo en las épocas invernales del año, cuando la primera nieve ya ha cubierto las tierras. Natura Während des Mittelalters gehörten die Region von Pedraforca und Umkreis noch zum Hoheitsgebiet der Grafen von der Cerdanya, denen die Burgen von Gósol und Saldes zum Schutz ihres Territorium dienten. Die Wege über die Felder wurden einst benutzt für den Viehtransport. Sie führen noch heute an verschiedenen Konstruktionen wie grossen Steinmauern, Perche, Brücken, Herbergen und Ställen vorbei. Pedraforca ist auch ein beliebtes Wander- und Bersteigerziel. Besonders für die Bergsteiger wurde der Berg interessant, als damals diese Sporart in Katalonien eingeführt wurde und der Aufstieg auf die Nordwand des Pedraforca während des Winters als ein vergleichbares Abenteuer mit den berümten Winterbesteigungen der Alpen galt. Es gibt auch „normale“ Wanderwege auf den Berg, jedoch muss jeder Wanderer bedenken dass es eine grosse Herausforderung ist und einer intensiven persönlichen Vorbereitung bedarf.

Durante la Edad Media, la zona del macizo del Pedraforca y sus alrededores estaban controlados por los condes de Cerdanya, que utilizaban los castillos de Saldes y Gósol para proteger sus territorios. Los caminos tradicionales que transcurren por el Paraje fueron mayoritariamente caminos ganaderos en sus orígenes, pues en la zona y en sus alrededores se concentran áreas de pasto de alta montaña muy importantes en Cataluña. Estos caminos conservan construcciones anexas destacables como muros de piedra, encerraderos, puentes, hostales y corrales. Pedraforca también es un frecuente destino de excursionistas y, sobre todo, de escaladores, ya que cuando la escalada se iniciaba en Cataluña, las dificultades de la cara norte del macizo durante el invierno convertían la ascensión en una gesta comparable a las más famosas escaladas invernales de los Alpes. Pedraforca también presenta itinerarios para subir caminando a sus principales cimas, sin embargo cabe tener en cuenta que estas excursiones requieren una importante preparación física personal.

Die ersten und wichtigsten Routen werden Girona-Olot und Girona-Blanes sein, beide um einiges schneller als bisher. Voraussichtlich sollen diese weniger Haltestellen haben als die bisherigen Linien, und somit eine geringere Reisedauer haben. Beispielsweise dauert eine Fahrt mit dem Auto von Girona nach Olot dauert maximal 40 Minuten. Die bisherigen Buslinien schaf ften wegen der vielen Haltestellen diese Strecke in einer bis anderthalb Stunden. Beide Expresslinien sollen ab Mitte 2014 eingesetzt werden. Die Generalitat hat bereits 40 Schnellbus-Linien seit 2012 in Katalonien eingesetzt, die meisten von ihnen in Barcelona. For 2014, the Generalitat de Catalunya plans to invest over € 10 million in the bus networks of the province of Girona. The aim is to create a faster and more efficient connection to the capital, so no less than € 400,000 is being invested than in 2013. The first and most important routes will be Girona-Olot and Girona-Blanes. Both will be somewhat faster than before. They will probably include fewer stops than the existing lines, so journeys will not take so long. For example, a trip by car from Girona to Olot takes maximum 40 minutes. The existing bus lines take up to an hourand-a-half to do this journey because of the many stops. The two express lines will commence operation as of mid-2014. The Generalitat has already set up 40 express bus lines in Cataluña since 2012, most of them in Barcelona. In Girona a total of seven lines are being planned, but the service will begin in 2014 initially with three lines, namely Girona-Lloret, Lloret-Blanes and Girona-Olot. In future, more lines will be added: GironaPalamós, Girona-Santa Coloma de Farners, Girona-l’Estartit and Girona-Figueres-Roses. The speed of these new bus lines is guaranteed by fewer stops, dedicated bus lanes and special traffic light rules for the busses. La Generalitat de Catalunya investira plus de 10 millions d’euros dans le réseau de bus de la province de Gérone. Le but est d’établir une connexion plus rapide et plus efficace avec la capitale, raison pour laquelle 400.000 € ont déjà été investis en 2013. Les premiers trajets, et les plus importants, relieront Gérone à Olot et Gérone à Blanes. Ces trajets seront net tement plus rapides qu’avant car ils comprendront moins d’arrêts. En effet, le trajet en voiture de Gérone à Olot dure maximum 40 minutes et dure environ une heure et demi en empruntant la ligne de bus actuelle en raison des nombreux arrêts. Ces deux nouveaux trajets rapides seront opérationnels à la mi-2014. La Generalitat a déjà mis en place 40 trajets rapides depuis 2012, principalement à Barcelone. Sept lignes sont prévues à Gérone, mais ces services ne seront effectifs qu’en 2014, en premier lieu avec les lignes Girona-Lloret, Lloret-Blanes et Girona-Olot. Insgesamt bewerteten der Holländische Automobilclub ANWB und der deutsche ADAC die Installationen, Angebote, und Dienstleistungen von 5.500 Campingplätze aus ganz Europa.

The quality of many campsites in the province of Girona has for another year in succession again been recognised by campers from Holland and Germany in the shape of the highest rating of five stars. Overall, the Dutch Automobile Club ANWB and Germany’s ADAC assessed the installations, offerings and services provided by 5,500 campsites throughout Europe.

Prämiert wurden 19 Plätze aus Spanien und davon 9 aus der Provinz Girona, und zwar Aquarius, La Ballena Alegre, L‘Àmfora und Las Dunas in Sant Pere Pescador, Laguna in Empuriabrava, Les Medes in l’Estartit, Cypsela in Girona, Mas Sant Josep in Santa Cristina d’Aro und El Delfín Verde in Torroella de Montgrí. Zu ADAC und ANWB gehören mehr als 21 Millionen Mitglieder, und sie sind somit eine richtige Referenz für die Europäischen Touristen und Camper. In diesem Jahr wurden Campingplätze aus Deutschland, Belgien, Spanien, Frankreich, Italien, Holland, Österreich, Kroatien, und der Schweiz bewertet, und insgesamt wurden 146 ausgezeichnet. ADAC and ANWB have more than 21 million members, making them a real reference point for European tourists and campers. This year, campsites in Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Holland, Austria, Croatia and Switzerland were evaluated, with at total of 146 of them winning awards. Especially good marks were given to the different forms of accommodation, such as bungalows and caravans, the various animation and gastronomy activities, and the natural surroundings of the campsites.

So far, the installations on the French coast and the Italian Riviera have received better ratings than have those in Girona, but the camping community here has been continuing to work on making the region’s campsites better known all over Europe and attracting new tourists. Belgique, Espagne, France, Italie, Hollande, Autriche, Croatie et en Suisse ont été évalués. 146 d’entre eux ont été récompensés. Les « bons points » ont surtout été distribués pour les différents types de logement, comme les bungalows et les caravanes, les diverses animations proposées, le niveau gastronomique et l’environnement naturel des campings. Jusqu’à présent, les installations de la côte française et de la Riviera italienne ont été mieux notées que celles de la province de Gérone, mais l’ensemble des campings de notre région continuent à s’améliorer pour devenir les meilleurs campings d’Europe et attirer de plus en plus de touristes.

Die Polizei wurde bereits im Sommer durch mehrere Zeugenangaben auf das heruntergekommene Gebäude, dessen Fenster immer geschlossen waren, aufmerksam und hatte seitdem mit mehreren Kontrollwagen versucht, den Besitzer zu überführen. Als die Polizisten schliesslich in das Gebäude gelangten, fanden sie dort mehrere Säcke mit Marihuana-Pflanzenresten, 924 Stecklinge und 260 Plastiktöpfe vor. Ausserdem gab es in dem Gebäude mehrere Arten an Material, um eine Plantage aufrecht zu erhalten, wie zum Beispiel Ventilatoren, Zentrifugen zur Trennung der Blätter, Lampen, Stromumwandler, Luftextraktionsmotoren, Düngemittel und Wasserpumpen. Ferner fanden die Agenten eine 8-Millimeter Pistole und die dazu gehörende Munition. Der Mann wurde natürlich augenblicklich festgenommen. Die Marihuanapflanze scheint in der hiesigen Gegend besonders gut zu gedeihen, denn es wurden in letzter Zeit schon einige illegale Plantagen im Empordà entdeckt.

The Mossos d’Esquadra recently arrested a 34-year-old man from Vilajuïga, who owns a building in Pedret i Marzà, in which he planted marihuana and from where he sold and supplied it. Already this summer, witnesses had drawn the attention of the police to the rundown building, whose windows were always closed, and they had then made several attempts using police cars to detain the owner. When the boys in blue finally made it into the building, they found there several sacks containing the remains of marihuana plants, 924 cuttings and 260 plastic pots. Furthermore, the building also contained a number of types of material for maintaining the plantation, for example ventilators, centrifuges for separating leaves, lamps, transformers, air extraction motors, fertilizers and water pumps. The agents also found an 8-millimetre pistol and the appropriate ammunition. The man was, of course, arrest straightaway. The marihuana plant appears to flourish particularly well hereabouts, as a number of illegal plantations have been discovered in the Empordà of late.

Klassische Musik, so ist es bewiesen, fördert den Intellekt und kann wie ein Balsam für die Seele sein. Für eine Frau aus Puigcerdà wurden jedoch angeblich die Klavierübungen von ihrer damals 20-jährigen Nachbarin zur absoluten Hölle.

Listening to the sound of a piano is for many people a good way to relax and switch of f. Classical music, it has been proven, stimulates the intellect and can be a balsam for the soul. For a woman from Puigcerdà, however, the piano practice of her then 20-year-old neighbour allegedly became absolute hell.

Die heute 27-jährige Pianistin, Laia M., stand Anfang des letzten Monats in Girona vor Gericht, angezeigt wegen Lärmbelästigung und Zufügung psychischer Schäden, wie Schlafstörungen, die die Nachbarin, Sonia B., angeblich zwischen 2003 und 2007 erleiden musste. Daraufhin sollte sie zu siebeneinhalb Jahren Haft verurteilt werden. Die Nachbarin gab an, dass die damalige Studentin mit grosser Lautstärke (es dürfen maximal 30 Dezibel sein) acht Stunden täglich auf ihrem Klavier übte. Merkwürdig war nur, dass Laia aufgrund ihres Studiums damals fünf Tage die Woche in Barcelona lebte. Überraschend war auch, dass Sonia die einzige Bewohnerin des Wohnblocks war, die sich über die Musik beschwerte...

The now 27-year-old pianist, Laia M., was on trial in Girona at the end of last month, charged with noise pollution and causing psychological damage, such as sleep loss, which her neighbour, Sonia B., allegedly suffered between 2003 and 2007. The pianist was then to be sentenced to seven and a half years imprisonment. The neighbour maintained that the then student has practised on her piano for 8 hours a day at a high volume (maximum 30 decibels is permitted). One curious aspect was that, since she was studying in Barcelona, she lived there five days a week. It was also surprising that Sonia was the only resident of the block to complain about the music ...

Die nachteiligen Folgen für die Nachbarin, waren nach ihren Angaben so schlimm, dass sie sich von ihrer Arbeit krank schreiben liess und sogar ihre Wohnung eine Zeit lang verlassen musste. Im September 2007, zog sie mit ihrer Familie sogar nach Galizien, weil sie den “Lärm” nicht mehr aushalten konnte. Die Strafverfolgung beantragte deshalb zunächst siebeneinhalb Jahre Haft für die junge Pianistin, die Zahlung eines Schmerzensgeldes in Höhe von 20.000 Euro und ein vierjähriges Verbot jeglicher Berufsausübung in Zusammenhang mit dem Klavierspielen. Auch die Eltern von Laia sollten bestraft werden weil sie als „Komplizen“ der Pianistin dargestellt wurden. Die Versionen der Nachbarin und der Familie von Laia stimmten nicht überein. Die Eltern bestätigten, sie hätten die Beschwerden von Sonia ernst genommen und das Zimmer schalldicht gemacht. Sie gaben ferner an, dass sie nur ein einziges Gespräch mit Sonia B. geführt hätten, wobei diese sich keineswegs beschwert habe. Die Version von Sonia war jedoch anders, denn sie meinte mehr als drei Mal bei der Familie gewesen zu sein um das Problem zu lösen. Dabei habe die Tochter sogar damit gedroht, sie zu schlagen.

The negative consequences for the neighbour were, she claimed, so great that she had to take time off work due to illness and even abandon her flat for a while. In September 2007, she even moved to Galicia with her family because she was no longer able to stand the “noise”. The prosecution therefore initially applied for seven and a half years imprisonment for the young pianist, the payment of compensation of no less than € 20,000 and a four-year ban on any professional work involving the playing of a piano. Laia’s parents were also to be punished as “accomplices” of the pianist. The versions given by the neighbour and her Laia’s family did not, however, match up. The parents confirmed that they had taken Sonia’s complaint seriously and had the pianist’s room soundproofed. They also stated that there had only been one conversation with Sonia B. during which she had in no way complained. But Sonia’s version was different. She claimed to have met with the family more than three times to solve the problem. And that their daughter had even threatened to strike her.

Les allégations de la plaignante laissent toutefois dubitatif lorsqu’on sait que Laia M. étudiait à Barcelone et y vivait cinq jours par semaine et que Sonia est la seule occupante de l’immeuble à s’être plainte de la musique… La victime a cependant déclaré que les conséquences ont été tellement graves qu’elle a dû arrêter de travailler et quitter son appartement pour un temps. En septembre 2007, elle a même déménagé en Galice auprès de sa famille parce qu’elle ne supportait plus le bruit. L’accusation avait initialement requis sept ans et demi d’emprisonnement, le paiement d’une indemnité de 20.000 € au moins et une interdiction de quatre ans d’exercer un quelconque métier en rapport avec le piano. Les parents de Laia risquaient également une sanction pour “complicité”. Les versions de la voisine et des parents de Laia ne concordaient évidemment pas. Les parents ont confirmé avoir pris les plaintes de Sonia au sérieux et avoir fait insonoriser la chambre de la pianiste. Ils ont également déclaré que Sonia ne s’était pas du tout plainte du bruit au cours de l’unique conversation qu’ils ont eue avec elle. Sonia, au contraire, a maintenu avoir rencontré la famille au moins trois fois pour trouver une solution et que leur fille avait même menacé de la frapper. Dies nahm er auf Video auf und sein 30-jähriger Ehemann, ebenfalls Lehrer, speicherte und lagerte sie. Beide wurden nun verhaftet. Der Tatenverlauf war immer gleich: der Lehrer lernte seine Opfer durch das Internet kennen. Anfangs interessierte er sich dafür, ihnen ihre gebrauchte Unterwäsche oder Schuhe abzukaufen. Nachdem das Vertrauen der Jungs gewonnen war, bot er ihnen auf direktem Wege an, für Geld mit ihnen Sex zu haben. Ausserdem trug er ihnen auf, ihre Freunde mitzubringen, falls diese auch daran interessiert wären. Sie trafen sich dazu in seinem Haus, wo auch die Videos aufgenommen wurden, die sein Ehepartner später aufbewahrte. Der Mann konnte nach der Anzeige eines seiner Opfer gefasst werden. Nach dessen Aussage, lernte er den Lehrer über eine Anzeige kennen, die er „spasseshalber“ ins Internet gestellt hatte.

A male couple, both teachers from Alicante, were recently arrested on charges of sadomasochist crimes against minors and possessing paedophile video material. For nearly seven years a 39-year-old secondary schoolteacher from Alicante lured minors via the Internet and committed sadomasochistic acts on them. He recorded this on video and his 30-year-old husband, also a teacher, saved and stored them. Both have now been arrested. The crimes always followed the same pattern: the teacher got to know his victims through the Internet. First, he showed interest in purchasing used underwear or shoes from them. Once he had won over the boys’ trust, he directly offered them money in exchange for sex with him. He also encouraged them to bring along their friends if they were also interested. They all met in his house, where the videos that his partner would later keep were also recorded. The man was caught after one of his victims contacted the police. According to the boy’s statement, he got to know the teacher through an advertisement that he had put onto the web “just for fun”. Durant près de sept ans, un professeur de lycée, originaire d’Alicante et âgé de 39 ans, a attiré des mineurs via internet et les a soumis à des actes sadomasochistes. Il enregistrait ces séances sur vidéos que sauvegardait ensuite son compagnon âgé de 30 ans, également professeur. Tous deux ont été arrêtés. Le procédé était toujours le même : Le professeur entrait en contact avec ses victimes par l’intermédiaire d’Internet. Il se déclarait d’abord intéressé par l’achat de leurs sousvêtements ou chaussures. Une fois qu’il avait gagné la confiance des garçons, il leur offrait de l’argent pour avoir des relations sexuelles avec lui. Alle grösseren Geräte sind von der neuen Regelung die die Europäische Agentur für Flugsicherheit (EASA) im Dezember eingeführt hat, jedoch ausgeschlossen. Das betrifft zum Beispiel Laptops, die während des Starts und der Landung weiterhin ausgeschaltet sein müssen. Die Entscheidung fiel, nachdem auch die Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) aus den USA diese Veränderung einen Monat vorher bekanntgegeben hatte, denn sie hatten geprüft, dass die meisten Flugzeuge die von den Geräten erzeugten Interferenzen der Funksignale tolerieren können. Bis man auch von Bord aus telefonieren und im Internet surfen kann, muss aber noch abgewartet werden, denn die EASA prüft gerade diese Möglichkeit und berät sich mit Experten über das Thema. Es müssen demnach noch viele Tests durchgeführt werden, und das kann noch einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Vorläufig ist es noch sehr wichtig, dass die Passagiere die Anweisungen der Flugbegleiter ernst nehmen und befolgen. So kann es auch trotz neuer Regelung durchaus sein, dass die Crew die Passagiere trotzdem auffordert, die Geräte abzuschalten. The Torre Agbar is one of the bestknown symbols of Barcelona. The skyscraper, which lights in up several colours at night, is now to be transformed into the first hotel to be opened in Spain by the US-based Hyatt luxury hotel chain. The Aigües de Barcelona Group recently sold the building, which previously only housed offices, for between € 150 million and € 250 million. This is good news for Barcelona and an opportunity to attract new international investors.

Ces modific ations et d’autres, comme la connexion de Marina à Tànger et Ali Bei, ou le changement de sens des rues Ciutat de Granada et Llacuna, ont pour but de désengorger le trafic concentré sur la Plaça de les Glòries vers le reste de la ville et Eixample.

Die Katalanische Fastenzeit Sie begann, wie in den Jahren vorher, in den ersten Novemberwochen. Zwar etwas zeitversetzt, in den verschiedenen Restaurants aber weitgreifend.Wie, sie haben davon noch nie gehört? Aber erlebt hat sie jeder schon mal. Man freut sich auf ein gutes Essen im Lieblingsrestaurant. Aber geschlossen! Betriebsferien! Drei bis vier Wochen. Natürlich sind die Urlauber jetzt bereits abgereist, aber, wo bleiben die hier Ansässigen? Nicht selten steht man vor vier bis fünf geschlossenen Lokalen, bevor man sich endlich an einen gedeckten Tisch setzen kann. Zwar findet man in der näheren Umgebung etliche Lokale mit leckeren einheimischen Speisen und Spezialitäten und findet vielleicht auch dauerhaften Geschmack hieran. Dann kehrt man später gerne wieder dorthin zurück. Gäste können sich sehr schnell verlaufen! Natürlich ist es von der Gastronomie gut gemeint, zum Wohle der Gesundheit ihrer Gäste, eine zusätzliche “Fastenzeit“ einzurichten, aber zwangsweise? Ich finde, dass Absprachen der Restaurantbesitzer über versetzte Betriebsferien sinnvoller wären. Na ja, verhungern wird wohl niemand, aber an den langen Vorwinter-abenden hätte man sich gern verwöhnen lassen. Zum Glück entschädigt uns tagsüber der strahlende Sonnenschein auch wenn er manchmal vom Tramuntana begleitet wird. Also, freuen wir uns auf das Ende der “Fastenzeit“ und bis dahin gute Gesundheit, ein gesegnetes Weihnachtsfest und ein friedvolles 2014. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ursula Strerath
