Responsibility: Krista Mänttäri from Forssa came up with a great food service. Through the online service, you can order a five-star meal to eat at home. You can pick up your bag full of treats on Fridays. Krista makes the four-course dinners with locally produced ingredients. The contents of the bag vary by week and season. Her company operates in a historic old foundry on the Forssa spinning mill grounds. The spacious and gritty industrial setting is perfect for producing the bags and enables a future expansion into a deli. In designing the bag of treats, Krista looks at what other local restaurants are serving in order to avoid similar dishes.

Year-round activities: The entrepreneur is also a highly regarded sommelier and Champagne expert (l´Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne). Pore also offers wine tastings, which perfect the delicious, top-quality cuisine.

Digitalisation: You can find the menu of the bag of treats of the week on the website and order by e-mail. The company uses OP Kassa for digital help with invoicing and orders.
