Their recycling is efficient. They capture snow with the help of snow barriers, use renewable energy, and have stopped setting off fireworks, among other initiatives.

They especially support skiing as a hobby for children and young people. 10-year-olds in surrounding municipalities get a free season ticket and other residents get discount.
