Responsibility: Valkoinen Puu is a dream come true for the Finnish-American Kirsi and Mark Heidt in Kauhajoki.

The coffeehouse is located in the historic Ollonqvist manor, built in 1883.

You can taste and see Mark Heidt’s homeland in the coffeehouse’s products. They are based on traditional American and old family recipes as well as well-known classics. They follow in the footsteps of Mark’s grandfather and his American diner in the 1950’s.

American treats and Finnish architecture intertwine and take customers on a delicious journey surrounded by beauty.

Locally produced, clean ingredients and home-made pesto add to the responsibility of the coffeehouse.
