You can see their mutual trust in the menu: fish from Kalajoki, the main course from Himanka, and dessert from Ylivieska. This also brings attention to the supply chain. The cooperation benefits the entire sub-region.

Thanks to its quality ingredients and top chefs, it was granted the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs insignia.

You are more likely to find the insignia by the front door of a big city restaurant. It is indeed a surprise for many that you can get this recognition in spite of your location.

Digitalisation: Their take away package contains pre-prepped treats. It also includes instructions for presentation.

Through their online store, you can order meals for the whole week if you like. The lunch menu of the following week is always posted on Fridays. You can pick up the food yourself or order delivery within five kilometres of the restaurant.
