The New Haven Club, Inc. of the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Incorporated is overjoyed to salute and honor this year‘s awardees for their continuous passion and commitment to serving our community.

This year‘s theme, “Leaning Into Your Power to Break Down Barriers,” characterizes the strength and courage our awardees display to remain vigilant and persevering through tough obstacles and difficult times. You’ve stayed the course through a worldwide pandemic that altered our lives the way we knew it. You’ve remained faithful and dedicated to serving your communities, families, businesses, churches, and organizations. Drawing upon your power and staying focused, you’ve broken down barriers while helping others break down their barriers too. Oprah Winfrey expressed it best, “Where there is no struggle, there is no strength.”
