SUCCESS FROM VULNERABILITY AND RESILIENCE

Entrepreneurs have dreams and want to achieve them, and to do so, they chart a path with the skills they have mastered. However, we encounter situations that teach us to grow as people and professionals.

In March, Women's Month 2023, the II International Hybrid Congress "The Intellectual Entrepreneurial Footprint" was held in Santiago de Chile. With the aim of bringing together professionals and entrepreneurs and incorporating women in the mining sector. A sector that is moving towards a new and more inclusive organizational culture.

An integral space for entrepreneurs -exhibitors- with other productive sectors, many times they are NOT part of an audience that listens or participates in networking, they are usually located in a specific space and the participants come to visit and buy their products or services.

For the development of the congress several actions were carried out, contacts with women leaders of organizations and solidarity organizations that converged in concrete actions. We highlight the lawyer Selma Nunes, President of OMECH Chile, Fabiana Gulle from Marketing and Neuromarketing of Rosario Argentina and other people who were involved and committed with their participation.

To build the congress, we connected with other women leaders in Chile, offering them to join the congress with their organization. This led to new decisions. We continued to support the concept and intrinsic motivation. From then on it was a challenge to go through each movement, each management alone, it was a challenge, tears came out, fears appeared, there was a lot at stake, commitments with people who trusted in the objective.

The first day arrived and we were the speakers, exhibitors and participants. I want to thank the speaker C.E.O. Pamela Comparini, from Motivar Chile, with an excellent talk on Nueroentrepreneurship in the "Entrepreneurial Intellectual Footprint" and I extend my thanks to C.E.O. Oscar Rodriguez Lemus, from Colombia, who gave a talk on Entrepreneurship as a couple without stopping making love. In addition, French chef YANN YVIN spoke about the problem of nutrition and childhood obesity. Manuela Nicolás, from Alma-Coaching in Alicante, Spain, Romina Acosta, from Argentina, and other great professionals offered their knowledge.

The Congress integrated them. A communication and action strategy that resulted in a new congress model, more inclusive, creating an atmosphere of collaboration and human union that was distinguished in its essence marking "Footprints".
