In this way we are going to meet the entrepreneur Luselly Aedo Fierro from the city of Concepción Chile. She told us.

My profession is, Arsenalera in Surgical instrumentation. I live in Concepción, Bio-Bio Region - Chile. I am an entrepreneur dedicated to the design and manufacture of natural therapeutic products. "Killari Creations". They are thermotherapeutic pads based on seeds and herbs that are used in mobility recovery therapies.

It all began with the need to treat the joint and muscle ailments of a family member, which required the application of heat in a large area of the body, and for this I designed the first adjustable ergonomic pad. The first buyers were family members, who commented on its quality and effectiveness in treating painful symptoms, decontracting muscles, rehabilitation and exercise.

What are your aspirations for the next five years?

One of my aspirations is to be able to replicate an idea that began in Concepción in August 2022; a collaborative store was created, started by four women manufacturers, we partnered and developed a physical store called La Fem. Currently more women joined us, we are already ten entrepreneurs, we have been working in this space for eight months. I would like to develop this project in other regions of the country.

What do you think about women today?

I feel a lot of admiration for women today; it is impressive how we have managed to occupy a place in some areas that in the past were only biased towards men. Today women are empowered, informed, trained and this leads them to be more successful.

We have many tools to put knowledge and skills into practice. Ten years ago these possibilities did not exist. This is an opportunity that allows us to develop activities and objectives, to undertake, whether it is a product or a service.

What is your message to young women?

My message to young women is that they should prepare themselves a lot, be persevering, collaborative, and not see other women as their enemy, but rather as a partner to grow either professionally or in business. - When you go hand in hand with another - the cart of difficulties becomes lighter, - together we can go further and divided we can stay stagnant.
