KEVIN SENTER Among the top producers in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina area, REALTOR® and broker Kevin Senter is a people-person through and through. Before getting licensed in real estate, he served as a school principal for three years, pulling seventy-hour workweeks. While he loved making a difference in students’ lives, he realized he needed a career that would allow him to spend more time with his family. In 2019, Kevin and his business partner went independent and started their own firm, Senter & Co. Real Estate. They now represent home buyers, sellers, and investors in finding properties throughout the Charlotte market. Currently endorsed by the Dave Ramsey program, their reputation and business continues to grow and thrive. His career in education has blessed Kevin with strong lasting connections to many community members, from teachers to parents and even students. Recently, Kevin helped one of his students close on their home. “This is a relationship business and I’m all about relationships,” he says. While he receives a lot of business from within his sphere of influence, he also has a marketing team that helps promote his listings. Kevin does print advertising, but is currently focused on social media and capturing the digital market. Service-minded and always willing to help out his community, Kevin is involved with numerous local initiatives. “I make time for the things that are important to me,” he explains. He stays active in the schools and regularly sponsors and honors a teacher with the Teacher of the Month award. He also volunteers to read to students and assists with the PTO. Additionally, Kevin leads a large men’s group at church and is involved with the Financial Peace University in Charlotte. He previously served on the board of directors for the Huntersville Chamber of Commerce. 60

With his now 10-year-old son, Kevin plays basketball and goes to high school and college games. He still makes time for himself as well — as a car enthusiast, he loves attending car shows. After the pandemic, he also began to prioritize his health and now boxes at RockBox Fitness five days a week to stay in shape physically and mentally. Kevin is also investing in properties for the first time, turning his passion for investing into profit. Since 2015, Kevin and his business partner have completed over 700 transactions, bringing in just under $200 million in revenue. Within the next 2-3 years, they plan to grow to have 5 buyers agents and shift their focus to listings. Kevin also hopes to bring on an expert in property management to help their team start that division of business. “Our firm is constantly evolving and we want to keep growing and making things a little better for our clients and for us.”
