VALANTINA NISSAN
REALTOR® Valantina Nissan is a leader in the local Arabic community in Maricopa county, Arizona. She uses her skill and knowledge of three languages — English, Arabic, and Assyrian — to not only help people find homes, but assimilate to life in a new country. With a background in interior design and patient attitude, she’s become highly sought after by people looking to purchase and sell real estate in and around Phoenix. “Home ownership is a dream for so many people and my goal is to show them that it is possible,” she says.
While Valantina works as an independent agent, she is backed by her brokerage, who provide support with marketing and network opportunities. She is also planning to train someone this year so that she can share some of her workload and serve more people. Much of her business currently flows from referrals from clients and lenders, who appreciate Valantina’s drive and deep understanding of homes. She is always willing to take clients to view as many listings as are needed for them to find their perfect homes. “I would never push a client to buy,” she says. “All my clients know that I go above and beyond to help them, and they become my friends.”
In addition to helping people buy and sell their homes, Valantina also guides investors in purchasing and developing lands and multi-dwellings. An investor herself, Valantina has completed many real estate investments and fix and flips over the years. She documented some of her investments with her husband in Arabic on their YouTube channel. With her vast knowledge of the real estate investment market, Valantina helps many investors meet their goals and provides them with the support needed for remodeling and designing their properties.

Through a mixture of open houses, features in publications, and her social media channels, which currently have thousands of followers, Valantina spreads the word about her listings. She frequently uses video footage to give the most accurate depictions of the listings. Her community is also instrumental in building her business, as many clients come directly from her sphere of influence.

A member of the Syrian community center and the Arab Advisory Board, Valantina spends a lot of her spare time helping refugees adjust so that they can overcome language barriers and understand the educational system, housing market, and more. She also recently did a project with a local university where she guided students in choosing their future career paths. She is also working with the attorney general’s office to develop an anti real estate scam awareness program, which she will help in distributing to the community. While her life is very busy, Valantina makes time to decompress by doing things she enjoys, from traveling to swimming and reading.
As she completes a large number of transactions per year, Valantina ranks highly as a top producer and top agent year after year. “I live and breathe real estate,” she says. She’s determined to grow her reach in 2023, specifically within the Arabic community. “I want to make their lives a little easier because I know firsthand how difficult it can be moving to a new country. I’m here to help them find a place where they can be happy and fulfilled.”
