ELIZA RICCI BABCOCK Meet Eliza Ricci Babcock, a highly accomplished real estate agent from South Jersey who is making waves in the industry. Born into a family of real estate professionals, she initially shied away from the field, despite her mother’s status as a legend in the business and her father’s successful career as a KW MAPS coach and buyer’s agent. However, after experimenting with various career paths, Eliza realized her true calling was in sales and customer service, and joined the family business in 2010. With over a decade of experience in the field, Eliza is renowned for her unique insights and wealth of knowledge. Today she leads Prisma Homes, after her mom retired in the summer of 2022. “So the last few months have been spent rebranding,” Eliza explains. Serving Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties, Eliza’s business is largely based on repeat clients and referrals. Known for its beautiful homes, nature, and proximity to Philadelphia, this region continually attracts people. “We have fabulous restaurants, all types of boutiques, and wonderful neighborhoods,” Eliza explains. While Eliza’s team specializes in both buying and selling, they typically have many listings. “We are known for our fantastic marketing, open houses, drone footage, and 3D Matterport tours.” They ensure each home is looking its best, which results in properties selling quickly. After working with Eliza, clients love to spread the word about their time together. One recently said, “Eliza and her team provided us exceptional service in selling our home and buying our new one! As a part of the executive board of the PTA for her children’s school, she serves as the Communications Director, running social media pages, and communicating with the neighborhood. She was also on the leadership committee for Preserve Barclay Farm. Additionally, her husband is the Boy Scout leader for the neighborhood, and Eliza jumps in to help out wherever she can. In the coming years, the Prisma Homes team plans to continue providing top-notch real estate services to the Cherry Hill community. Their focus is on staying at the forefront of technology and expertise while maintaining a strong commitment to giving back through volunteerism and donations.
