BIANCA BOTELHO A people person with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Bianca Botelho truly stands out. Bianca got her start in real estate while working for a real estate developer who became her mentor and encouraged her to get her license. That was in 2006, and ever since then, Bianca has been guiding clients through the buying and selling process with ease and confidence. Bianca serves central Florida, including Polk, Osceola, Orange, Seminole, and Volusia counties. The area contains a host of attractions, including Disney and beautiful beaches, as well as exciting new restaurants and shopping centers. “I’ve been in this area since 1994,” Bianca says. “I’m originally from Brazil, and I lived in New Jersey before I moved down here for the nice weather, like most people do! I’ve been here ever since. I’m an expert on zip codes and know the area like the back of my hand.” This local expertise means Bianca can introduce clients to fun up-and-coming areas. An impressive 90% of Bianca’s business comes from repeat and referral clients, a feat that demonstrates the close relationships she builds. “This is a relationship business,” Bianca explains. “I want the best for my clients, and there’s a high level of trust and a strong connection that I have with them. If you’re going to work with me, you’re going to do it because you like me for who I am. That relationship is what really matters.”

Bianca’s personal touch extends to keeping in touch with past clients. “I like to pick up my phone and see how people are doing. I think that’s so important for them,” she says. “I’m old school that way, and I will sit and write out cards to my clients to see how they’re doing or to thank them for their referrals. I’m very personable, and I try to stay connected to people.” Outside of real estate, Bianca is active in her church, Waterstone Church in the Longwood area, where she serves and gives her time. She also volunteers at her son’s school. When she is not working or giving back, Bianca enjoys walking, spending time with her kids and husband, going to the beach, and doing anything outdoors. Looking ahead, Bianca says, “The future looks a lot like how things look now. I don’t plan on growing into a large team, because that’s never been something I’ve wanted to do. I prefer having that one-on-one connection with my clients throughout the transaction.” For Bianca, it all comes back to the relationships. “I have met some wonderful people in my life. I’ve been doing this for 17 years, and these people become like family. I don’t have a big family here because I’m from Brazil, and these connections mean so much. A lot of these people are like brothers, sisters, mothers, and fathers to me. I love the really deep connection I have with a lot of my clients.”
