Police investigating suspicious shed fires and break-and-enters on Greenway Crescent

Book a way to preserve and pass on memories of growing up in Churchill Thompson RCMP are investigating two suspicious shed fires reported on Greenway Crescent around 9 p.m. Sept. 12 as well as reports of a person attempting to break into a camping trailer and a shed being entered and rummaged through on the same street. At about the same time that the shed fires were reported, witnesses said a person dressed all in black, including a black face mask, tried to break into a trailer on

the same street. Around 11 p.m., police received the report of the other shed on Greenway Crescent being entered. Anyone who witnessed the fires or the break-and-enters or who has any private video surveillance which may identify the perpetrator is asked to call Thompson RCMP at 204-677-6911 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222.8477. Tips can also be submitted online at www. manitobacrimestoppers.com.
