Body Control Pilates Timetable Fredricka Brooks has run a pilates class in Micheldever Village Hall for some years now. There are currently spaces available and we need more people to keep the class viable. Suitable for men and women of all ages. Wednesday 9.00am – 10.00am Micheldever Village Hall November 2021 Wednesdays: 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th = £40 Classes are booked in advance on a monthly basis.
