Administration Officer

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Data Entry • Invoicing • General Office Administration • Customer Service / Parts Sales • Purchasing

We currently have various positions available for experienced Boilermakers and Fitters working in our workshop and on local mine sites. We offer a great working environment with a very competitive salary and rosters available. The successful candidate will need to hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Engineering, have experience in heavy industry as well as being highly motivated with a strong track record in their trade. The following tickets would be advantageous but not essential: • Forklift • EWP • Confined Spaces • Working at Heights TRADE QUALIFICATIONS ARE ESSENTIAL

You will also be required to assist on occasion with: • Accounts Payable / Receivable • Payroll • Store sales • Quotes The following skills would be an advantage: • Experience using Microsoft Office • Excellent Organisational & Communication Skills • Attention to detail • Excellent literacy & numeracy skills

This is a permanent position which offers flexible hours to the right candidate.

ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (PLANNING) In this customer facing role you will be the first point of contact for general planning and environmental services enquiries both in person and over the phone, promoting a positive and professional customer experience by utilising your highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated maturity to deal with sensitive and confidential information. We are looking for a well organised individual who works as well collaboratively as they do independently. A competent user across all Microsoft Office applications (specifically MS Word) with a keen eye for detail who can willingly and seamlessly adapt to new technology. The salary range for this full-time position is $62,300 - $72,200 ($34.27 - $39.68/hr) under Council’s salary system, with employment terms and conditions in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award, working a nine-day fortnight, 35 hours per week.
